The Clinical Study Of Treating Precancerous Lesions Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Qilian Shupi Granule

Objective: To explore clinical effect with QLSP granule treating chronic atrophied gastritis.Method: QLSP granule is given 61 patients with CAG and PLGC; while WenFuChun is given 40 patients with CAG and PLGC. We observe clinical and pathological effect between them; at the same time we observe H Pylori clearance rate of QLSP group and control group. Results: Notable effective rate of treatment group is 32.8%;and total effective rate is 80.3%. While H Pylori clearance rate come to 73.69%.IM and ATP of total pathological effective rate is 81% and 79%.No ill effect is discovered. There is a significant difference between treatment group and control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: QLSP granule is a effective drug of treating patients with CAG and PLGC; and the mechanism might be related to with protecting gastric mucosa, promoting tissue recovery, improving gastric micro-environment and clearing H Pylori derectly or inderectly.
