Syndrome Study On Post-strike Depression

Objective:To summarize the clinical symptoms,objective signs and medical histories and to explore the TCM pathogenic factors and pathogenesis and the syndrome distribution regularity of post-strike Depression,(PSD).Methods:The 104 patients were statistical divided by clinical symptoms,objective signs were concluded in order to observe the syndrome distribution regularity.Results:By the statistical analyzing of patients' symptoms,objective signs and medical histories,we concluded that the percent of Sterility due to liver-qi was 38.5%,Stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of Spleen was 10.6%,Stagnation of liver-qi and Phlegm was 23.1%.Qi and Blood Deficiency in Heart and Spleen was 18.3%,deficiency of liver-qi and Kidney-yin was 9.6%.Conclusion: Sterility due to liver-qi,Dysfunction of Spleen in Transport,Heart Deficiency and Derangement of Qi and Blood of Zang and Fu was Pathogenesis of Post-strike Depression.
