[Objective]Through the clinical investigation of hypomenorrhea patients, with the aid of mathematical statistics technology, I summed up common type syndrome distribution of hypomenorrhea clinically and investigated pathogenic factors of hypomenorrhea, discussed the relationship between hypomenorrhea type distribution and the pathogenic factors, to provide the reference for syndrome differentiation and treatment and prevention of hypomenorrhea.[Methods]Reading the reference materials in nearly a decade and combining with the characteristics of clinical symptoms of hypomenorrhea and pathogenic factors, the questionnaire was designed. By the method of clinical epidemiological investigation, data of203cases patients complied with hypomenorrhea inclusion criteria from Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology mentor outpatient was collected. A database was established and frequency analysis was used; The correlation syndrome distribution and age, culture level, course of diseases and so on, discussing the relationship between syndrome distribution and Pathogenic factors used Pearson X2test and Mann-Whitney U test.[Results]1. There are clinically six syndromes of hypomenorrhea mainly, kidney deficiency syndrome in78cases (38.4%), syndrome of both qi and blood deficiency48cases (23.6%), syndrome of Kidney deficiency and blood stasis37cases (18.2%), syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis33cases (16.3%). The blood cold syndrome in4cases (2.0%), Phlegm dampness syndrome3cases (1.5%). Deficiency syndrome of hypomenorrhea126cases (62.1%), the demonstration syndrome of hypomenorrhea40cases (19.7%), the mixed of deficiency and demonstration syndrome37cases (18.2%).Age, culture level, course of diseases, pregnancy frequency and morbidity season in syndrome distribution have not statistical difference (P>0.05), uterine cavity operation frequency on the card type distribution was statistical difference (P<0.05).2. Pathogenic factors frequency of hypomenorrhea from high to low in turn is Uterine cavity operation factors (78.3%), Dietary factors (47.8%), Weight loss factor (45.3%), Stay up late history (45.3%), Modern factors (36.9%), Oral contraceptives (27.6%), Drinking factors (3.9%), Smoking factors (1.5%).3. There are difference in Modern factors, Dietary factors, Stay up late, Weight loss factor and hypomenorrhea type distribution (P<0.05). There is no difference between Uterine cavity operation factors, Oral contraceptives, and hypo menorrhea type distribution (P>0.05).[Conclusion]1. There are clinically six syndromes of hypomenorrhea mainly, kidney deficiency syndrome, syndrome of both qi and blood deficiency, syndrome of Kidney deficiency and blood stasis, syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis, The blood cold syndrome, Phlegm dampness syndrome. Kidney deficiency is the most common. There is mainly deficiency syndrome. Often type of four syndromes (kidney deficiency syndrome, syndrome of both qi and blood deficiency, syndrome of Kidney deficiency and blood stasis, syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis) and age, cultural degree, duration, number of pregnancy and morbidity season are independent, but it has correlation with number of uterine cavity operation, the more number of uterine cavity operation, the higher the risk of kidney deficiency appears.2. The pathogenic factors with the highest frequency of hypomenorrhea is Uterine cavity operation factors,Followed by dietary factors, Weight loss factors, Staying up late, Modern factors, Drinking factors and Smoking factors.3. The pathogenic factors of syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis found in modern (anger); The cause of syndrome of both qi and blood deficiency found in dietary factors (improper diet), going on a diet to lose weight and stay up late; Pathogenic factors of kidney deficiency can be found in weight loss by diet pills.
