The Clinical Observation Of Effect Of "Strengthening Healthy Qi To Eliminate Pathogens" To Radiotherapy Treatment After Cervical Carcinoma Surgical Operation

Objective:The clinical treatment effect of strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens method to the patients postoperation radiotherapy of cervical cancer was observed.The clinical effect of the Chinese herbal compound,made under direction of this method,to the patients postoperation radiotherapy of cervical cancer were evaluated.And this supplies theory grounds to further clinical promotion and application.Method:50 patients postoperation radiotherapy of cervical cancer who were comparable with our standards were separated into two groups randomly.The observation group(were treated by Chinese herbal combine with radiotherapy)and controlled group(only treated by radiotherapy),25 each.The two groups were both observed for one course of treatment.The observation included the patients' physical condition,life quality,side effect,changes of peripheral blood,and safety of the medicine.Result:Comparing the two groups,Karnofsky evaluation and QOL of the observation group have been improved and have obvious distinction than before treatment(P＜0.05),Karnofsky evaluation and QOL of the control group have tendency of decline and have extreme distinction than before treatment(P＜0.05),the observation group was better than the controlled group.The support ratio to correctly syndrome of the observation group lower distinct than the control group,the difference between the two group are obvious(P＜0.01),comparing the two groups,there are obvious difference(P＜0.05)on side effect of urology,obstetrics,upper gastrointestinal and peripheral blood(white blood cell,platelet)(P＜0.05). There is no statistic meaning after comparing the side effect of Lower digestive tract,skin,neutrophile granulocyte(P＜0.05);The function of liver and kidney of the two groups,before or after treatment,there were no abnormity.Conclusion:strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens method can prevent and alleviate the side effect to the patients postoperation radiotherapy of cervical cancer,lower arrest of bone marrow,improve the life quality of patients,and is a safe drug.The method has clinical application value.
