Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the demographic data,self-efficacy,self-feeling burden and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy,to analyze the influence of their demographic characteristics on self-efficacy,self-feeling burden and quality of life, and the correlation between self-efficacy,self-feeling burden and quality of life. Methods:This study is a cross-sectional study.A convenient sampling method was used to sample250 patients in abdominal basin area of radiotherapy in a third-class cancer hospital in Shanxi province.all the data were analyzed by SPSS24.0 and Amos23.0 software.the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy was analyzed by t test, analysis of variance and correlation analysis.Using structural equation model to explore the influence and mechanism of related factors on patients' quality of life in order to provide reliable basis for clinical nursing intervention.Results:(1)A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed in this study,of which 237 were valid, and the effective rate was 94.8%.(2)The total score of self-efficacy(94.75±16.94)in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy. The scores were(9.83±2.70),(51.05±9.45),(33.87±7.11)in the threedimensions of self-decision,positive attitude and self-decompression.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that medicare types and whether tumors metastasize into multiple regression equations for self-efficacy scores explain 8% of the total variation in equations.(3)A total score of(27.77 ± 6.37)for the patient's self-perception burden.Among them, physical burden(13.92 ± 3.12),emotional burden(10.70 ± 3.29)and economic burden(3.15±1.30).ANOVA results showed that the patient's age,per capita monthly income, tumor stage, whether metastasis and the average daily care time of caregivers had a significant effect on the self-perceived burden of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy(P<0.05).(4)Total quality of life of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy was divided into(99.23±12.60)points.physiological status(18.36±4.35),social status(18.37±4.92),emotional status(16.76 ± 3.65),functional status(14.75 ± 4.25),and cervical cancer specific modules(30.98 ± 4.46).The results of multiple regression analysis showed that tumor stage, per capita monthly income and tumor metastasis were the influencing factors of patients' quality of life, explaining 35.5% of the total variation of equation.(5)The results of correlation analysis showed that the total score of patients' quality of life was significantly positively correlated with self-decision-making,positive attitude,decompression(r=0.377,r=0.503,r=0.394,P<0.01),and with physical, emotional, and economic burdens(r=-0.619,r=-0.458,r=-0.293,P<0.01).(6)The structural equation model showed that the self-efficacy of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy had a direct predictive effect on the quality of life, and the standardized effect value was 0.636;the self-feeling burden of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy had a direct predictive effect on the quality of life, and the standardized effect value was-0.319.Self-feeling burden mediated in quality of life through self-efficacy partially, and the mediating effect was-0.202.the results were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:(1)The self-efficacy of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy is at the middle level, and that of those with higher per capita monthly income, earlier tumor stage and no metastasis is relatively high. The self-perceived burden of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy is at a moderate level, with differences in patient age, family per capita monthly income, tumor stage and whether metastasis occurs. The earlier the stage, higher income and no metastasis, the better the quality of life.(2)The self-efficacy of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy was positively correlated with quality of life,self-perceived burden and quality of life were negatively correlated.Structural equation model analysis showed that the self-perceived burden had both direct and indirect effects on the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy, and the self-efficacy of patients had direct effects on the quality of life.It is suggested that medical staff can reduce the burden of self-feeling and improve the quality of life of patients by improving the self-efficacy of patients.
