The Emperimental Study On Xiaopi Decoction Treating Hyperplasia Of Mammary Gland Of Stagnation Of Liver-Qi Type

Objects: To observe the effects of capsule XIAOPI decoction modified decoction different medicine on the rat's modle group of hyperplasia of mammary gland sex hormones and proliferating cell nuclear antigens messenger ribonucleic acid( PCNAmRNA), utilize animal's model. To explore its mechanism in therapeutic regulating sex hormones. We hope the experiment would offer certain scientific basis to guide the therapeutic for the mammary gland in clinically.Methods: We divided 80 Wistar female healthy unpregnancy rats into 8 groups at random. Except normal control group, all groups were injected into the muscle to make models. Except normal control group and disease model control group, all groups were injected into the muscle and clamped rat's tail to make models.After that, normal control group, disease model control group and syndrome model control group were infused the distilled water, tamoxifen group was infused the tamoxifen, XIAOYAOSAN group was infused the XIAOYAOSAN, XIAOPI decoction high dose, middle dose and low dose group were infused to the treating group with XIAOPI decoction's different dose. Continuousing 30 day.After that, all rats were to deal with 24 hour of absolute diet water supply, and culled blood. This blood was centrifuged to get blood serum, which was tested sex hormones of estradiol (E2), progestone (P) , prolactin (PRL) adopting actino-immunization. And cutting mammary gland of baenosome's 2,3 breast, which was tested PCNAmRNA adopting situ hybridization technique.Conclusions: XIAOPI decoction down-regulats the increasing E₂, PRL of mammary gland and increases the degrading P of mammary gland. PCNAmRNA of normal control group and disease model control group is increase by degrees, and PCNAmRNA of disease and syndrome model control group is higher than it of disease model control group. Different dose of XIAOPI decoction all inhibit PCNAmRNA of rat's mammary gland of hyperplasia of mammary glands. The results of experiment showed that the effect of XIAOPI decoction treat the experimental hyperplasia of mammary gland of stagnation of liver-QI type is obvious.
