The Clinical Observation Of Jiajianerxiantang Treating Disharmony Of The Thoroughfare And Conception Vessel Cyclomastopathy

Objective:To evaculate the therapeutic effect of Jiajianerxi antang treating cyclomastopathy by clinical observation.Method:64cyclomastopathy patients were selected.32patie nts out of the64were arranged to the treatment group and the rest32to the control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with jiajia nerxiantang prescription orally, which was decocted in the decoc ting room of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang univers ity of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with one menstrual cycle a s a single course of treatment. The curative effect was assessed after two courses of treatment. There was no treatment within the menstrual cycle.The patients in the control group were treated with Yougui wan(Produced by TongRenTang Pharmaceutical Factory of TongR enTang company Limited in Liaoning Province, H.M.L.N. Z11021040).The patients in this group takes Youguiwan orally by9gra m each time and3times each day.with one menstrual cycle as a single course of treatment and the efficacy was assessed after two courses of treatment. There was no treatment within the m enstrual cycle.The patients in the two groups are both treated with one m enstrual cycle as a single course of treatment and the efficacy was assessed after two courses of treatment.Result:By using the Chinese medicinal prescription, the pa tients with cyclomastopathy experienced obvious relief of mamm algia, dysplasia contracting or even disappearing, whose attendin g symptoms such as the ache and weak of waist and knee, the cold feeling of the foot and hand, the irregularity of menstruati on can be apparently improved, Jiajianerxiantang which also sho wed better efficacy than Youguiwan of the control group.Conclusion:Jiajianerxiantang has the effect of warming up and supplying yang of kidney, regulating and conserving the th oughfare and conception vessels, so it could improve patients’sy mptoms effectively.
