Evaluation Of The Efficacy Of Shugan Xiaopi Decoction In Treating Functional Dyspepsia With Psychosocial Factors

Objective Functional dyspepsia(FD)is have a close relation with psychological factors.At present,anti-anxiety-depression drugs,gastric motility drugs and proton pump inhibitor are commonly used in clinical practice.However,there are many side effects with them.The clinical effective rate is not satisfying as well.So people gradually pay attention to traditional Chinese medicine.In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of Shugan Xiaopi Decoction in treating FD patients accompanied with psychosocial factors and explored its clinical significance.Methods Fifty FD patients accompanied with psychological factors were divided into two groups randomly,There are 34 patients in Shugan Xiaopi Decoction group and 16 patients in Deanxit group.The corresponding medication lasted for 2 weeks,FD symptom scale,SCL-90 psychological self-measurement scale,Hamilton anxiety and depression scale(HAMA,HAMD)were performed before and after the treatment.The improvement rate of SCL-90,HAMA,HAMD and FD symptom scale were calculated and the side effects were recorded.Normalized data were expressed as ` x±s,t-test was used for comparison between two groups,c2 test was used for counting data,Pearson correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis.P<0.05 indicates that there is a significant difference between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in general clinical data,FD symptoms,HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2weeks of treatment,the FD symptoms,HAMA,and HAMD scores of the patients in each group were significantly lower than before(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate,the improvement rate of the FD symptoms,HAMA,and HAMD scores between two groups(P>0.05).And the incidence of adverse reactions in Shugan Xiaopi Decoction group was lower.Among FD patients with psychosocial factors,the highest incidence of psychological symptoms is obsessive state(97.06%).The most severe psychological symptom is eating and sleeping disorders(2.57+0.88).The improvement rate of FD symptoms was positively correlated with the improvement rate of SCL-90 self-measurement score,and the correlation coefficient was 0.435.In the SCL-90 symptom self-measurement table,the improvement of somatization was most correlated with the improvement of FD symptoms(r=0.79,P<0.01).Conclusion The improvement of somatic symptom in FD patients with psychosocial factors is related to the improvement of psychological factors.Shugan Xiaopi Decoction has similar efficacy with Deanxit in aspect of treating FD patients with psychological factors,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.Therefore,Shugan Xiaopi Decoction is worthy of clinical application.
