Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Spasticity Poststroke By Electric Acupunctur With Motion Point And Yang Meridian

Objective: clinical observation on the treatment of Spasticity Poststroke by electric acupuncture with different point and the possible reason.Methods: ninety cases were randomly divided into a treatment group by yang jing with motion point and two control groups one which was treated with normal acupuncture and one which was treated with anti-spasm drug BACLOFEN tablets, investigating the effect by the way of Ashworth,ADL and H reflex .Results: 1,the treatment group and the second control group have obvious effect on the MAS,ADL and H reflex of the patience of Spasticity Poststroke (P< 0.01) ; 2,the first control group have significant effect on the MAS,ADL and the latent period,amplitude,the rate of H reflex of the patience of Spasticity Poststroke (P< 0.05) ; 3,the treatment group is better than the first control group on MAS,ADL and the latent period,amplitude,the rate of H/M of h reflex of the patient (P< 0.05) .Conclusion: It is show that the treatment group is safe and valid, deserves on spreading and applying. The study does not only relieve the disability rate, but also improve the quality of life, reduce the burden of family and society.
