Clinical Observation Of Electric Acupuncture Jiaji Point Combined With Ozone Injection In The Treatment Of CSR

ObjectiveCervical spondylosis radiculopathy(CSR)is a common clinical degenerative disease,light person can cause pain or neck and shoulder dysfunction,serious can lead to paralysis.In recent years,the increasing proportion of elderly population in our country,people's living behavior also generate tremendous change along with the progress of science and technology,the onset of the disease is generally more crowd.So as to explore more scientific diagnosis and treatment plan,this subject adopts the neck jiaji acupoints joint ozone injection in the treatment of CSR,Comparing the clinical therapeutic effect from all aspects,analyzes the principle of treatment,to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment the disease in the future.MethodsThis study selected 60 patients with Cervical spondylosis radiculopathy to observe targets in July 2014 to December 2015 in huangshi city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture clinic,and divided into two groups by random number method,30 cases each.The treatment group was treated with electric acupuncture combined ozone injections,the control group take electric acupuncture treatment.Both the two groups of patients choose the same acupuncture points,and the treatment time for two weeks.Two groups of patients in the course of treatment may not accept any other form of treatment.After the treatment,to judge the clinical curative effect,and record the total score in patients with symptoms and signs 20 points on Cervical spondylosis radiculopathy scale,record three patients with pain score by simplifying McGill pain scale,and comparative analysis.Results1.The total integral comparison on signs and symptoms of the two groups of patients with CSR: after treatment,clinical signs and symptoms integral of the two groups patients were obviously improved than before treatment,after statistics analysis,significant differences(P<0.05).Treatment group compared with control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The results above suggest that both the two groups can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients,and the curative effect of treatment group is significant and better than the control group.2.PRI integral comparison: two groups of patients after treatment,the PRI integral are reduced,the treatment group PRI integral comparison between before and after,has extremely significant significance difference(P < 0.01);the control group PRI integral comparison between before and after,the difference has the remarkable significance(P<0.05).PRI integral comparison in the two groups after treatment,has extremely significant significance difference(P< 0.01).It is suggest that the treatment group can obviously reduce the PRI of CSR in patients with integral,its curative effect is superior to the pure cupping treatment.3.VAS score value comparison: After treatment,VAS scores of the two groups patients were lower,the treatment group VAS scores comparison between before and after,has extremely significant significance difference(P<0.01);the control group VAS scores comparison between before and after,the difference has significance(P<0.05).Compare two groups VAS score after treatment,has extremely significant significance difference(P<0.01).It is suggest that the treatment group can significantly improve the CSR pain in patients with visual analogue scale,its curative effect is better than that of electric acupuncture therapy.4.PPI scores comparison: After treatment,PPI scores of the two groups patients were decreased,the treatment group PPI scores comparison between before and after,has extremely significant significance difference(P<0.01);the control group PPI scores comparison between before and after,the difference has significance(P<0.05).PPI score comparison in the two groups after treatment,has extremely significant significance difference(P<0.01).it is indicates that the treatment group can significantly improve existing pain intensity in patients with CSR PPI scores,its curative effect is better than that of electric acupuncture therapy.5.Clinical curative effect comparison: 30 patients in the treatment group,20 cases got cure,8 cases were markedly improved,the markedly effective rate was 93.3%,one is invalid,the total effective rate was 96.67%;30 cases in the control group,11 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly improved,markedly effective rate was 66.7%,there are 6 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 80%.The two groups of treatment effect was compared.Two group markedly effective rate were compared,the treatment group curative effect is better,after statistics processing,there is a very significant difference(P<0.01);Two group total effective rate were compared,the treatment group curative effect is better,after statistics processing,there is a significant difference(P<0.05).It is Indicated that the treatment group curative effect is superior to the control group.ConclusionObservations suggest that electric acupuncture jiaji points combined with ozone injections in the treatment of CSR,clinical curative effect is distinct,can obviously improve the CSR patient's clinical signs and symptoms,and significantly reduce three pain index score in the SF-MPQ scale,its comprehensive curative effect is better than that of electric acupuncture treatment,and it is a reliable curative effect of treatment,worth clinical promotion.
