Objective: Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignant tumour. Their morbidity is the second only to breast cancer in women's malignant tumour in the world, rank first in developing countries, increase several 450,0000 ten thousand cases newly every year in the world, among them developing countries account for 80%, our country is more than 130,000, accounts for 1/3 of the total number of person. The emergence of cervical cancer is that one involves carcinogenesis complicated course of changing and many stages of many genes. Central Plains its cancer gene activate, or restrain cancer genetic inactivation and resist, wither, die genetic activity strengthen or urge, wither, die comprehensive result emergence in cervical cancer that genetic activity subside develop, play a very important role. Form rectal cancer and lack the gene (deleted colorectal carcinoma DCC) ,It is an important tumour that inhibits the gene to die to participate in the emergence of tumour through influencing cells. C-erbB-2 gene is the members of the epidermis growth factor receptor family, the gene is excessively amplified in tumour takes place, inhibits and withers to die, cells are moved, tumour is shifted, the blood vessel play an important role while surviving. Studying already proved the increase with C-erbB-2 gene in the membrane and oviduct tumour in people's mammary gland, ovary, uterus. But has not seen the research of DCC, C-erbB-2 gene expression and cervical cancer relation so far, so this research employs the immunity to organize chemical S-P method to jointly measure DCC and C-erbB-2 tumour and pathological change in cervical cancer and CINII- III, The expression in the case, take benign pathological change and chronic cervicitis as contrast, combine the clinical pathologic materials, the function of development and relation each other take place at cervical cancer to probe into DCC and C-erbB-2, and it uses for clinical diagnosis and judges the clinical meaning of the prognosis as a kind of tumour mark thing.Material and method:This experiment chooses the paraffin wax in filing to wrap up and bury 22 cases of cervical cancer, 10 cases of CINII-III, 20 cases of chronic cervicitis. The detection of DCC and C-erbB-2 adopts the immunity to organize chemistry technological S-P method, the result adopts SPSS11.0 to count software package and carry on statistical analysis, use the order and examine (Nonparametric test) Expression of comparing DCC, C-erbB-2 while organizing at cervical cancer, CINII-III, chronic palace neck inflammation; Correlate analyzes the relevance that DCC and C-erbB-2 express in cervical cancer is organized, P∠0.05 thinks that have statistics meanings.Result: 1,The expression of DCC gene in cervical cancer, CINII- III and chronic palace neck inflammation.DCC gene positive rate of expression in 22 cases of cervical cancer, 10 CINII-III, 2 0 cases of chronic palaces neck inflammation are 27.3%, 40.0%, 80% respectively, two two is compared, DCC positive expression in cervical cancer is compared with CINII-III, the difference has no significance (P> 0.05) ,May relate to the fact that the sample is too small, wait to further study; The positive expression rate in CINII~ III is less than the neck inflammation tissue of chronic palace (P< 0.05) ; The positive expression in cervical cancer is obviously less than the neck inflammation tissue of chronic palace (P< 0.05) ;2,The expression of C-erbB-2 gene in cervical cancer, CINII-III and chronic palace neck inflammation.The expression rate of C-erbB-2 in cervical cancer, CINII- III and chronic palace neck inflammation is 77.3%, 30% and 30% respectively, two two is compared, C-erbB-2 positive expression in cervical cancer is obviously higher than CINII - III (P< 0.05) ; In CINII- III positive expression rate and neck inflammation of chronic palace, the difference has no significance (P> 0.05) ; The positive expression rate in cervical cancer is obviously higher than the neck inflammation tissue of chronic palace (P< 0.05) ; 3.Relevance that DCC gene expression is lacked and excessively amplified with C-erbB-2 gene in cervical cancerDCC gene expression lacks and amplifies existing with C-erbB-2 gene are relevance in cervical cancer, P∠0.05, have a statistics meaning.Conclusion: 1. Thelack expression of DCC gene in cervical cancer and CINII-III. The expression of DCC gene in chronic palace neck inflammation is obviously higher than cervical cancer organize. DCC gene lacks expression play an important role in the emergence evolution of participating of cervical cancer. C-erbB-2 oncogene, the expression in cervical cancer and CINII- III is obviously higher than in chronic palace neck inflammation. C-erbB-2 plays a certain role in the course of developing in emergence of cervical cance. 2.DCC gene expression lack, excessively amplify relevance with C-erbB-2 gene in cervical cancer (P< 0.05),Emergence in cervical cancer, albumen of DCC and albumen of C-erbB-2 may have function that induce each other develop.
