Objectives:To improve endometrial receptivity of human is the primary problem to assisted reproductive technology.The signal transduction pathway of glucoprotein130(gp130)family is the key molecular event in the process of embryo implantation.The related molecular protein levels change with the specific date in menstrual cycle.Through investigating the serum peak level changes of gp130 family(LIF,IL-6 and IL-11)in patients with kidney-deficiency(kidney yin deficiency and kidney yank deficiency)syndrome types of infertility,analysis the relationship between kidney-deficiency infertility and indexes reflecting endometrial receptivity.The possible mechanism of kidney-deficiency infertility would be approached,the content of reproduction Kidney-hosting would become abundant,and all these contribute to provide the basis for objective syndrome differentiation of kidney-deficiency infertility and the profound study on the possible mechanism of Bushen drug treatment.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of infertility and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,90 cases of infertility were included,all the patients with infertility were divided into 3 groups(kidney yin deficiency group,kidney yank deficiency group,non kidney deficiency group),30 cases in each group,their are 28 to 49 years old,the average age is 33.8±5.2, they suffered from infertility from 2 to 5 years,average year is 3.2 years. 30 cases of review patients who have had medical abortion or artificial abortion in the last 3 to 6 months were included in control group,their are 25 to 32 years old,the average age is 28.0±3.1.The day of ovulation was determined by basal body temperature(BBT)or through transvaginal ultrasound. On the 4thd,6thd and 8thd after ovulation,levels of LIF,IL-6 and IL-11 in serum were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the levels of estradiol(E2)and progestogen(PRG)at the 8thd were measured by chemiluminescence. Variance analysis or rank sum test was used to analyze the difference between groups.Bivariate correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship of all indexes.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the association of all indexes with kidney deficiency syndrome types of infertility.Results:The study shows that the age of infertility with kidney-deficiency syndrome are significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The LIF levels in serum of all infertility group at 4thd after ovulation are significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The PRG levels of kidney yin deficiency group and kidney yang deficiency group at 8thd after ovulation are significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The E2 levels of kidney deficiency group are significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of the kidney yang deficiency group is the highest(P<0.05).The LIF level in serum is strongly positively correlated with deficiency of the PRG level(P<0.05,P<0.05,r=0.3).Logistic regression analysis shows that kidney-deficiency syndrome types of infertility are strongly correlated with LIF,E2 and age(P<0.05),LIF is the protection factor(ORLIF=0.015),E2 and age are dangerous factors(ORE2=1.009 and ORege=1.261).Conclusion:The decrease of LIF peak level and increase of E2 level in serum are the objective microcosmic indexes in infertility with kidney-deficiency syndrome. The age of the patient is the contributing factor for kidney-deficiency syndrome.The decrease of endometrial receptivity is one of mechanism of infertility with kidney-deficiency syndrome.The LIF level in serum of infertility may decrease,or the peak level day may transfer or delay,the mechanism may be related to the regulating role of the PRG.
