Clinical Study On Treatment Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion Combined Wenjing Decoction On Low Endometrial Receptivity In Infertility With Kidney Deficiency And Cold Type Of Uterus

Objective:In this study,acupuncture combined with Wenjing decoction was used to treat the low receptivity of endometrium,improve the endometrial development conditions of infertility patients with kidney deficiency and cold type of uterus,and create favorable factors for subsequent pregnancy.And to explore the advantages of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in improving ER in the clinical,in order to provide experimental ideas and scientific research data for further study of traditional medical treatment of infertility caused by ER poorly.Methods:According to the random number table,60 cases of infertility with low endometrial receptivity of kidney deficiency and cold type of uterus that accord with research standards were divided into treatment group(30cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with acupuncture(Acupuncture points include :Guanyuan,Qihai,Zusanli,Taixi,Epangsanxian,Neiguan;Moxibustion points include:Yongquan,Shenque)combined with Wenjing decoction(WUzhuyu,Danggui,Chuanxiong,Baishao,Renshen,Guizhi,Ejiao,Mu danpi,Fabanxia,Maimendong,Shengjiang,Gancao),and the control group was only treated with Wenjing decoction(The composition of traditional Chinese medicine is the same as that of the treatment group).Both groups begantreatment on the 5th day of menstrual cycle,and the treatment was suspended during menstrual period.Then comparison of the difference between the two groups before and after treatment by color Doppler ultrasound after 3menstrual cycles.The observation indexes include endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology,Plusatility Index(PI),Resistance Index(RI),Peak Systolic Velocity/ End Diastolic Velocity(S/D),endometrial blood perfusion state,TCM syndrome score and TCM syndrome efficacy.Results : 1.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease,endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology,uterine spiral artery index(PI,RI,S/D),endometrial blood perfusion state,TCM syndrome score and TCM syndrome efficacy between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Two groups of patients can be compared.2.TCM syndrome efficacy:After 3 menstrual cycles,the TCM syndrome efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.TCM syndrome score: There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05).And after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group.It is proved that both groups can reduce the integral of TCM syndrome score and the therapeutic effect of treatment group after treatment is better than the control group.4.Endometrial receptivity index by color Doppler ultrasound: There were significant differences in endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology,uterine spiral artery index(PI,RI,S/D),endometrial blood perfusion state between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05),and after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group.The results showed that both groups could improve endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology,uterine spiral artery index(PI,RI,S/D)and endometrial blood perfusion,and the therapeutic effect of treatment groupafter treatment is better than the control group.Conclusions : Acupuncture combined with Wenjing decoction can significantly improve the ER of infertile patients and reduce the clinical syndrome of kidney deficiency and cold type of uterus by promoting the growth of endometrium,improving the shape of endometrium,reducing the resistance of uterine spiral artery and improving the endometrial blood perfusion state.
