Internal hemorrhoids has the most frequent incidence and accounts for approximately 52.19% of all cases of anal and intestinal disease. In recent 20 years, people get further understand on its anatomy,pathematology. The pathogenesis of hemorrhoids is hyperplasia and hypertrophia of soft tissue around anus. Most doctors do not agree with this opinion—Give treatment once you get hemorrhoids. Inversely, they consider that no symptom, no treatment. Although there are some symptoms, no need to give thoroughly treatment. We need to choose the possible regimen according to the pathogenesis and severity. So more and more doctors pay attention to expectant treatment, which is an important therapy for hemorrhoids depengding on good effect and reception.At present, we are urgent to acquire one medicine with good effect and convenient form.ObjectiveTo assess the clinical effect and safety of Xiao Zhi Fluid on bleeding caused by hemorrhoids.MethodsDivide randomly 63 hemorrhoidal cases into the treatment group(n=32) treated with ionizated Xiao Zhi Fluid and the control group(n=31) treated with Aosi Ming orally and Tai Ning suppository. The changes of hemafecia,tenesmus of anus,size of hemorrhoidal core,pruritus of anus,raucous membrane of hemorrhoidal core,myxo-secretion of anus,pain remission,the safety and adverse reaction were observed.ResultsThe hemafecia,tenesmus of anus,size of hemorrhoidal core> pruritus of anus,mucous membrane of hemorrhoidal core,myxo-secretion of anus were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). The pain remission was not significant in two groups(P>0. 05). The effect can be gotten in the third day (after the second time)in treatment group, and the maximum effect can be gotten in the seventh day. It shows that the effect of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group.Conclusions1. Xiao Zhi Fluid has effect on hemafecia,tenesmus of anus,size of hemorrhoidal core,pruritus of anus,mucous membrane of hemorrhoidal core,myxo-secretion of anus. It can decrease the quantity and frequency of hemafecia;2. There is no difference in pain remission between Xiao Zhi Fluid and Aosi Ming;3. Xiao Zhi Fluid is an effective and safe medicine for hemorrhoids. There is no adverse reaction and allergic response regionally. It is cheap,convenient,and no stimulative;4. Xiao Zhi Fluid is an effective medicine for treatment of hemorrhoids, and a good choice for clinical work.
