A Retrospective Study Of The Relationship Beteew ABO Blood Ground And Post Hemorrhoids Operative Bleeding Rates

Objectives: The patients with hemorrhoids in our hospital from 1st,Jan.2015 to 31 th,Dec.2017 were retrospectively analyzed,to investigate the relationship between ABO blood group and post hemorrhoids operative bleeding rates.Try to discuss the reasons,and hoping to help preventing postoperative bleeding and providing the effective evidence for it.Methods: A retrospective reserch was undertaken to all the patients who had underwent hemorrhoids operation during 1st,Jan.2015 to 31 th,Dec.2017.We summarized the number of hemorrhoids patients,postoperative bleeding and ABO blood group,Chinese Han normal population and Han blood donors in Chengdu area have investigated the distribution of blood type ABO blood group distribution(normal control group)were compared.And discuss the reasons for the result.Results: The patients with hemorrhoids in our hospital from January 1,2015 to December 31,2017 were retrospectively analyzed with ABO blood group,Chinese Han normal population and Han blood donors in Chengdu area have investigated the distribution of blood type ABO blood group distribution(normal control group)were compared.The χ2 test was used for statistical analysis,A,B,O,and AB 4 blood types were compared with postoperative bleeding rate compared with normal control group OR values to determine the relative risk of each blood group hemorrhoids.Results postoperative bleeding was mainly O type,and the distribution of ABO blood group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The occurrence of post operative bleeding may be associated with ABO blood group to some extent.
