The Clinical Reserch Of Clinical Efficacy Of Sanhuang Decoction On Bleeding Hemorrhoids

Objective:To observe Sanhuang decoction on the damp-type cooling hemorrhage hemorrhoid treatment to find a better method of treatment of bleeding hemorrhoids, studying Further for the role,effect and Advantages of it,provide a better bleeding hemorrhoids for clinical dialectical therapy.Methods:Type damp 36 patients with bleeding hemorrhoids form Anorectal wards and outpatient, the first affiliated Hospital Nanjing University of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province), Randomly divided them into treatment group and control group.the treatment group received oral administration of Sanhuang decoction discovvered by the old famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor Zhu BingYi, The control group will received oral treatmeng of Melilotus Extract Tablets.Two groups of patients, respectively, will be statistical analysising hematochezia and other symptoms at the early,after receiveing medicine 3 days and 7days.Results:There were 3,7 days after drug,points were significantly different in hematochezia.hematochezia,Recovery of Hemorrhoids mucosa,Recovery of Hemorrhoids prolapseafter the drug in treatment group, the improvement was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The two groups were not found significant adverse reactions, blood before and after treatment, liver function and renal function had no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion:Sanhuang decoction is better for the damp and hot type of hemorrhoid bleeding patients on Faster onsetting, relieve pain, reduce bleeding and Promote mucosal recovery than Melilotus Extract Tablets.At the same time we haven't found any significant Adverse reactions and side effects, Worthy of clinical application.
