Goals:Based on the empirical study of a medical college in a phased examination(skills section),the related factors that affect the examination process are explored.Through collecting and analyzing the empirical data and related information, the pros and cons of the examination part are evaluated, which provide references for our future national qualification examination comprehensively.Objects and methods:Subjects: all forth grade students of 2011,2012 and 2013(totally five years)majored in clinical medicine in a medical college.Methods:1.Preparations before the exam include the design and planning on the examination room setting, the training before the examination and so on.2.After the examination, the information feedback of the examinees is collected, and the related summary and analysis are carried out.3.Compare the status of examination at home and abroad in order to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the phased skill test.4.Collect and collate the grade test data, and analyze the data by using ANOVA and other statistical methods.5.Collect the information of examinees' graduation practice skill examination results, and use them as an effective criterion to investigate the correlation between them and the grading test results.Results:1.Phased examination and the status of examination at home and abroad Nowadays, most developed countries such as Europe and the USA adopt phased multiple-station examination form, and they use SP in examinations. For example, the USA adopts three-stage and 12-stop test forms. The phased examination is of two stages and 6 stations, and SP is introduced at the test station. The examination of communication and humanistic care is enforced in every test station.China's current examination is a one-time examination, the test station consist 3 stations, the SP is notused, and the humanistic examination is carried out in the form of written test.2.The result of the difficulty feedback in each stage test station The most difficult is the first and second station,i.e.the history examination station. The Fifth station,i.e."CPR" fixed reference station,is relatively less difficult. The physical examination part in the third and the fourth station examination, and the basic operation of the sixth station,is of moderate difficulty.3.The Statistics on the phased examination The annual examination results are as follows: the average score is above 81 points;the pass rate is above 99%;the standard deviation is below 6;the difficulty coefficient is more than 0.8,and the discrimination degree of each test station is over 0.38.4.The results of the graduation skill test The annual examination results are as follows: the average score is 65 points;the passing rate is 80%;the standard deviation is 5.0-7.0;the SP station's difficulty coefficient is 0.65,and the skill test station's difficulty coefficient is 0.85.5.The analysis of the correlation between grade test results and graduation skill testresults:Both the graduation examination and the phased examination include the SP test station and the basic operation test station,so the correlation of the two is compared. With the graduation skill test score as the standard, the P value obtained by the product difference correlation method(Spearman method)is less than 0.05.Conclusions:1.The results of the empirical study in the first stage skills section of the stage examination in the university are reliable and effective.2.which can test the study results of candidates.Include the scores, reliability, validity and stability of the test questions of the part of the phased examination skills are all well.3.The examination station design, examination content and examination form are more objective and reasonable, which can make up for the deficiency of the current examination of the skills of medical practitioners in China.4.The empirical research of the university has been successful, which is of great referential significance for the future direction of the reform of licensed doctor examination and the question of whether or not to promote the phased examination.
