Amomum villosum (10g), Curcuma 15g, Guangdong silk flower 15g. For 8 weeks as a course, take 2 course of treatment. in the process of test, we will ovserve the clinical integral, endoscopy results and mucosal biopsy results are integral, evaluation of xie xin decoction in treatment of Peptic ulcer, recent clinical curative effect, and the socre of SSS and SAS, were observed before and after medication general physical examination project.Results:1, In the comparison of clinical effect, the curative rate was 36.67%, the total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group;the curative rate was 33.33%;the total effective rate was80.00% in the matched group, There is no statisticaly significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);2, After the treatment, the TCM symptom score of the two groups were both shorter than which were before the treatment, P<0.01;But there were no differencr with the Improvement degree of scores between two groups.3, The result indicated that thetreatment group and the match group could markedly ameliorate of deficiency of the astric ulcer the clinical symptom (P<0.05). two group same of ameliorate of deficiency of gastric ulcer the clinical symptom(P>0.05). while in the comparison of clinical effect, the improvr of the symptoms of choking sensation in chest, depression and irritability and thirsty in the treatment group were better than which in the macth group (P<0.05).4, gastroscope curative effect 90.00% and 86.67%. two group have same of curative effect(P>0.05).5, the Forrest graded was significantly higher than pre-therapy patients in both groups. there is no statisticaly significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);6, The score of SSS and SAS were significantly lower than pre-therapy patients in both groups. while after treatment, the scores in the matched group, were statistically significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05).7, there were no differences in the recurrence rate of gastric ulcer between the treatment group and control group, but the treatment group have the lower recurrence rate of symptom than which of control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin Decoction can effectively improve patients with gastriculcer the clinical symptom and the curative effect of pantoprazole, and can significantly improve the patient’s emotional state, in the improvement of chest tightness, dry mouth, anxiety or depressive symptoms and psychological state, Banxia Xiexin Decoction significantly than pantoprazole effect better, Banxia Xiexin Decoction has the role of psychological adjustment. Through observation and comparison, it can be speculated in the treatment of gastric ulcer, mechanism of therapeutic effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction may be as follows:improve gastrointestinal motility and accelerate the motility of gastrointestinal smooth muscle, inhibit the gastric juice and bile secretion, and reduce the inflammatory reaction, promote gastric mucosa self repair function, at the same time, Banxia purging heart Tang Anquan, obvious side effects, and can improve the gastric ulcer patients’emotional state, in the further clinical application.
