Objectives:Observe LingZhuJianPiQingWei decoction clinical efficacy in thetreatment of peptic ulcer, objectively evaluate its effectiveness, safety, andexplore the mechanism of the action of the LingZhuJianPiQingWei decoctionin theory, thus further guiding the clinical application.Methods:Choose gastroscopy diagnosis as active peptic ulcer period and60patients diagnosed as spleen deficient and stomach heat by the TCM.According to the treatment sequence, the patients were randomly dividedinto the treatment group of Chinese herbal medicine and the Westerncomparison group with30patients in each group. The Western comparisongroup was given pantoprazole capsules20mg, and ate one capsule drugrespectively in the morning and evening. The Chinese treatment group wasgiven LingZhuJianPiQingWei decoction,1dose per day of Chinese herbalmedicine, and took the medicine respectively in the morning and in theevening. Compare the treatment condition of the gastroscopy ulcer healing,clinical improvement of symptoms in8weeks.Results:In terms of the gastroscope curative effect, in the treatment group,8cases in clinical recovery,12cases were markedly effective, effective in6 cases,4cases failed, the clinical cure rate was26.67%, the total effective ratewas83.33%; in the western comparison group, clinical recovery in12cases,9cases were markedly effective,6cases effective,3had no effect, the clinicalcure rate was40%, the total effective rate was90%. After statistics processing,the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). PromptLingZhuJianPiQingWei decoction in the treatment group and the comparisongroup of western medicine pantoprazole endoscopic ulcer healing rate have noobvious difference. As for the TCM symptom, in the treatment group,16cases in the clinical recovery,8cases were markedly improved, effective in5cases, ineffective in1case; in the control group,11cases in the clinicalrecovery,7cases were markedly effective, effective in5cases, ineffective in7cases. The clinical cure rate of the treatment group and the control group were53.33%and36.67%respectively, the total effective rate of the two groupswere96.67%and76.67%respectively. After statistical processing, the twogroups have difference (P<0.05). Prompt LingZhuJianPiQingWei decoctioncan significantly improve TCM clinical symptoms.③In terms of thedisappearance rate of common symptoms and overall response rate, theclinical symptoms in the treatment group and the group before treatment arecomparable(P>0.05). After the treatment, various improved symptoms werestatistically significant in treatment group and the comparison group(P<0.05).In aspects of Epigastric pain, epigastric fullness, constipation, weary force,greasy yellow tongue coating efficacy, the treatment group is better than thecomparison group, which was statistically significan(tP<0.05). The treatmentgroup is better than the comparison group in terms of the symptoms ofanorexia, belching pantothenic acid, dry mouth, mouth pain terms. However,there was no significant difference. PromptLingZhuJianPiQingWei decoctioncan effectively relieve the symptoms of peptic ulcers in patients with pain, andimprove the mental condition. Conclusions:LingZhuJianPiQingWei decoction treatment can not only effectivelyrelieve spleen deficient and stomach heat syndrome peptic ulcer, but also canimprove the clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms. It is a safe, effective andpractical prescriptions.
