| Objective:To understand the needs,affecting factors and difference of the community older people in the community care among Tu Jia,Miao,and Han Nation in Ji Shou City.To provide the science basis for developing the elderly care in the community.Method:Adopting the stratified random sampling,based on the ratio, 1200 subjects were recruited in three communities in Ji Shou City.The research subjects were investigated by two self-designed questionnaires named "The Aged General Information Survey" and "The Community Nursing Needs of the Aged Survey".In this project,the database was established by Epidata 3.0 tool and the statistic results were analyzed by SPSS13.0.The statistic methods in application included the description statistic analysis,Chi-square X~2,nonparametric tests,and Logistic Regression Analysis.Results:1.The state of nursing care needs of the community aged:the nursing care needs of the aged were mainly disease nursing(79.63%),disease prevention(91.57%)and health promotion(76.93%),the mean of them was 82.71%.In the disease nursing,97.8%of the aged needed the guidance of chronic disease recovery,94.3%needed the service of nurse visiting,75.7% needed the guidance of the disabled people's recovery,71.3%needed family beds,70.4%needed hospice care,68.3%needed the community emergency rescue.In the disease prevention,96.3%needed the health education of chronic diseases,94.1%needed the prevention of the infective disease,84.3% needed physical examination.In health promotion,91.55%needed psychological guidance,70.7%needed the knowledge of health care,and 68.8%needed the knowledge of nutrition2.The affecting factors of nursing care needs of the community aged: Logistic Regression Analysis was done on the affecting factors of nursing care needs of the community aged.Sorted according to values of OR,in the disease nursing,the affecting factors of the aged needs of the guidance of chronic disease were life satisfaction,working status,income,age,and nation. Affecting factors of needs for the service of nurse visiting were life satisfaction,age,self-care ability,education level,mental status,and working status.Affecting factors of needs for the guidance of the disabled people's recovery were life satisfaction,self-care ability,mental status,income, education level,living style,and age.Affecting factors of needs for family beds were self-care ability,life satisfaction,education level,mental status,and working status.Affecting factors of needs for hospice care were life satisfaction,self-care ability,education level,living style,working status,age, and medical payment ways.Affecting factors of needs for the community emergency rescue were life satisfaction,self-care ability,working status, medical payment ways,and age.In disease prevention,affecting factors of needs for the health education of chronic diseases were education level, marriage status,life satisfaction,the extent of anxious and mental status. Affecting factors of needs for the prevention of infective diseases were life satisfaction,age,education level,physical condition,and nation.Affecting factors of needs for physical examination were marriage status,education level,self-care ability,and life satisfaction,the extent of anxious,mental status,physical condition,and medical payment ways.In health promotion, affecting factors of needs of psychological guidance were life satisfaction, physical payment ways,the extent of anxious,nation,education level,mental status,and working status.Affecting factors of needs for the knowledge of health care were life satisfaction,education level,marriage status,self-care ability,age,and income.Affecting factors of needs for the knowledge of nutrition were life satisfaction,self-care ability,education level,and medical payment ways.3.The aged of different nations had different needs for community nursing care.Needs for the service of nurse visiting(X~2=19.078,P=0.000), hospice care(X~2=10.667,P= 0.005),physical examination(X~2=9.932, P=0.007),prevention of infective diseases(X~2=10.253,P=.006)were different significantly.Needs for the community emergency rescue (X~2=7.114,P=0.029),health education of chronic diseases(X~2=8.554,P= 0.014)were different.Conclusion:1.It was higher in the objective community about the needs of the aged for community nursing care.the nursing care needs of the aged were mainly disease nursing(79.63%),disease prevention(91.57%)and health promotion (76.93%),the mean of them was 82.71%.2.The affecting factors of the needs of the aged for community nursing care were age,marriage status,education level,nation,income,working status, medical payment ways,living style,self-care ability,physical condition, mental status,life satisfaction,and the extent of anxious.3.The aged of different nations had different needs of the community nursing care.It needed to provide more service of nurse visiting,physical examination,health education of chronic diseases,and prevention of infective disease to Miao nation.It needed to provide more hospice care,emergency nursing care,and prevention of infective disease to Tu Jia nation.And it needed to provide more emergency nursing care to Hart nation.
