Objective: Non-error medical disputes occurred more often rapidly in recent years, which did a lot of harm to patients, medical service and society, and arose more attention of medical service, government and society. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact factors on medical disputes with no error, analyze the reasons why the impact factors could form in theory on sociology and psychology, and make strategy of the factors on aspects of patients, medical service and society according to the study result. The terminal objective is to diminish medical disputes with no error.Methods:Furthermore data of 237 cases were input one by one and database were established through randomized survey. Statistical processing were done through software SPSS12.0 and EXCEL, which included analyses of constituent ratio, frequency, Spearman correlation, and Logistic regression.Results: Statistical results disclosed that the occurrence of medical dispute without error correlated with some factors as follows: (1) Subjective feeling of patient for the result of medical treatment, (2) Spending of patient on medical treatment. (3) Attitude of doctor towards patient. (4) Medical Ethics (5) Cognition of patient for the medical level. (6) Cognition of patient for the new law--"Medical accident processing ordinance". (7) Impact of negative reports concerning medical service on patient which were given by public disseminator.According to the outcome of survey, we brought forward some strategy below to decrease the occurrence of medical disputes with no error: (1) For medical service provider we suggest improving medical professional training and quality of treatment, improving patient's satisfaction with medical treatment, enlarging the object of medical service which used to limit to patient only, fitting the modern medical model. Meanwhile we also insist on enhancing medicine- related law learning, adapting to the change caused by new medical ordinance, enhancing medical risk cognition and ability to burden it, improving the build-up of medical ethics, alleviating psychological and economic burden of patients, constructing harmonious relationship between doctor and patient. (2) For patient and society, we consider that government should reform the current medical system, improve medical welfare, alleviate economic burden of patients. We also consider that further cognition of medical risk should be done, overestimated hope for medical treatment result be corrected, legal rights of medical service provider be protected effectively. In addition, the public disseminator should be induced correctly,its acts should be responsible and supervised. So medical service provider and patients can understand each other and harmonious relationship between doctor and patient can be achieved.
