A Study On Strategy Management Of XB Hospital

With the further opening of the health care market and the deepening of the health care system reform, hospitals, the originally pure welfare state-owned organizations, have been gradually pushed to the market. Hospitals begin to face more complex and changeable economic, social, political, scientific, legal and ethic environment. In order to survive and develop, hospitals have to soberly obtain the comprehensive knowledge of their own advantages and disadvantages, and chances and challenges. Strategic management thinking should be used to manage hospitals.The thesis, according to the concrete condition of XB hospital, tries to use SWOT Matrix in a comparatively thorough analysis of opportunity and threat faced in aspects of politics, economy, society, culture, population, environment, laws and technologies, simultaneously, strength and weakness in aspects of the hospital's own quality, marketing ability, financial administration, organization, management information system, etc., and finally, makes a feasible strategic scheme which benefits development of the XB Hospital. Give suggestion to help XB Hospital establish the long-term competition advantage, ensuring its further development. To the concrete methods, the paper focuses on the specific tactics, such as the leading bodies reform, rear service socialization reform, personnel system reform, establishment of service system etc. We divide the whole paper into 7 parts.
