Since the reform and opening up,China's medical and health undertakings have made remarkable achievements,the medical and health service system covering urban and rural areas of the basic form of disease prevention and control ability,increasing the coverage of medical insurance population gradually expand,health science and technology level increases rapidly,the level of people's health improved significantly,the main indicators of the health of residents in the forefront of the developing countries.With the deepening of China's reform and development level of the entire health care industry continues to improve,public hospitals,private hospitals,hospitals,hospitals and other foreign joint venture competition intensified,how to survive and develop in the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,is a major problem facing to every medical and health institutions.The GuangMing hospital in such a region of two hospitals as the research object,the empirical research literature research method,investigation method,summary method,through in-depth research and Analysis on the development condition of national medical industry related policies,formulate development strategies suitable for its own on the basis of combining the actual situation of the hospital.This paper can be divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance,methods,literature review and the main contents of this paper.For the next step on the GuangMing hospital to provide a comprehensive analysis of the overall idea.The second part is the analysis of GuangMing hospital internal resources,mainly the history and development of GuangMing inside the hospital's organizational structure,human resources,financial management,medical equipment,professional technology is comprehensively analyzed,and provide a reliable basis for this paper to formulate development strategy.The third part is.Analysis of the current management strategy of the hospital,mainly on the GuangMing hospital's existing business objectives and business strategies are analyzed to find out the problems.The fourth part is the analysis of the external environment of GuangMing hospital.This paper mainly uses PEST analysis and Michael's "Five Forces Model" to analyze the external development environment and industry development environment of GuangMing hospital in order to provide the basis for the following research.The fifth part is the analysis of the improvement of GuangMing hospital management strategy.Based on the analysis of previous hospital internal and external situation,using SWOT analysis tools,to conduct a comprehensive study and comparison of GuangMing hospital development strategy can be implemented,to find out the development strategies conducive to expansion of the hospital,and then proposes the integration of hospital resources,the differentiation strategy,expand the development path,the horizontal integration strategy to achieve leapfrog development strategy implementation suggestions.The sixth part is the implementation strategy of GuangMing hospital.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the hospital development strategy,put forward the adjustment of the organizational structure,to enhance the management of strategic development ideas,to enhance the level of hospital human resource management,and comprehensively improve the hospital financial management level of the fine,the comprehensive construction of taking care of patients as the core of hospital culture,enhance patient satisfaction levels and other measures in order to achieve strategic objectives hospital.The seventh part is the conclusion of this paper.In this paper,this paper presents the implementation approach and mode of the effective implementation of the development strategy of GuangMing hospital,and gives the corresponding safeguard measures,maneuverability and practicability,GuangMing hospital development to provide a useful reference.
