| Hospital consultation management is a crucial part of hospital quality management Combined with SWOT strategy optimization analysis of hospital consultation managament,it involves how to timely apply for consultation for difficult and critical patients,how to quickly solve the problem of low consultation quality,solve the hidden danger of medical disputes,and improve the quality of medical management.Purpose:To investigate and analyze the current situation of hospital consultation management,the solution strategy,and the sentinel role of three-level ward rounds in consultation management.Under the background of the new era,hospital management adheres to the important principles of people first and life first.From the aspects of medical quality management,consultation management and hospital fine management,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in hospital consultation and the causes of the problems,and puts forward countermeasures to further improve the quality management level of consultation.Material and method:Based on literature review interview and observation.Summarize and analyze the main work of consultation management.By interviewing the person in charge of the relevant clinical departments and the front-line clinicians,the collected data were summarized and analyzed.Results:Through the analysis and Research on the quality level of hospital consultation management,it is found that the current consultation work generally lacks the habit of complete filing,and the consciousness of work filing habit is weak;there is no pre judgment in consultation work,and the pre judgment mechanism is not perfect;the inter departmental cooperation is not close,and the degree of cooperation is low;the division of consultation management authority is not in place,and the rights and responsibilities are not clear enough.Conclusion:In response to the problems existing in hospital consultation management,the author puts forward four suggestions:setting excellent consultation management standards,filing,forming consultation management pre judgment analysis,strengthening cross department communication and cooperation,breaking the limitation of responsibility and emergency decision-making. |
