Although the modern medicine has made the huge progress to this sickness's research and the treatment at present, but there was still a big difficult problem in the long-term medication's side effect of hyperlipemia's treatment. Along with the development of syndrome differentiation and treatment and the holistic view , specially the unify research of the modern medicine theory and the scientific research technology and the traditional Chinese medicine, has promulgated the Chinese medicine from the different angle at the prevention coronary disease and hyperlipemia function mechanism and the unique superiority, also demonstrated traditional Chinese medicine broad prospects which exceptionally prevents and controls to hyperlipemia.Objective:This topic is for the purpose of investigate the effects of Deng's Guanxin Capsule on acute Coronary heart disease Angina pectoris Coronary heart disease Angina pectoris qi-deficiency and phlegm stasis type , to see its possible action of Lowering blood lipid levels, Improving the clinical symptoms and providing objective basis for clinical application of ropivacaine.Methods:This experiment through using the stochastic comparison the method, 60 cases of typical Coronary disease angina pectoris merges Hyperlipemia of qi-deficiency and phlegm stasis type confirmed by WHO criteria, whose come to the Heart Center seeing a doctor during January to December, 2007, were randomly divided into 2 groups. They were respectively treated with Deng' s Guanxin Capsule + Standard treatment, and Standard treatment for 12 weeks. The total cholesterol ,triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, the Clinical curative effect and others were observed. Also summary old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical experience.Results:This research through 60 examples clinical case's grouping comparison research, after statistical analysis discovery, and the treatment group is reducing TC, TG, LDL-C and elevates the HDL-C aspect obviously to surpass the control group (P<0. 01) . In falling the fat curative effect appraisal aspect, the treatment group total effectiveness is 93.3%, but control group total effectiveness is 63.3%, both have statistics significance (P<0.05), the prompt treatment group is falling the fat aspect curative effect to be more remarkable.
