Clinical Observation Of "Guanxin Formula" Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Of Heart Blood Stasis Type

Objective:On the basis of routine western medicine treatment,acupoint application of"Guanxin Formula" was used to treat stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of heart blood stasis type,and the improvement of angina pectoris grade,TCM syndrome score,Seattle angina pectoris scale,ECG efficacy and hs-CRP level were observed after treatment,so as to provide reference basis for clinical application of "Guanxin Formula"acupoint application in the treatment of this disease.Methods:Sixty patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of heart blood stasis type were randomly divided into control group(routine western medicine treatment,n=30)and treatment group("Guanxin Formula" acupoint application combined with routine western medicine treatment,n=30).After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of angina pectoris grade,TCM syndrome score,Seattle angina pectoris scale,ECG efficacy and hs-CRP level were observed in the two groups.Results:1.Baseline data:there was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease and combined high risk factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.Angina pectoris grading effect:after treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,and that of the treatment group was 85.16%.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome score:after treatment,both the treatment group and the control group could significantly improve the TCM clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris(P<0.05).In terms of chest tightness,chest pain,heart throbbing restlessness,dark purple tongue,limb numbness,insomnia and dreaminess,and shortness of breath,the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 88.89%,while that in the control group was 71.43%.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Scores of Seattle angina pectoris scale:the scores of PL,AS,AF,TS and DS in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the scores of PL,AS,AF,TS and DS in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.ECG effect:after treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 60.71%,and that of the treatment group was 70.37%.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The level of hs-CRP:the level of hs-CRP in both groups decreased after treatment,and the level of hs-CRP in the treatment group decreased more significantly than that in the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Guanxin Formula" acupoint application combined with routine western medicine is effective in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of heart blood stasis type,which is superior to simple western medicine in improving angina pectoris classification,TCM syndrome score,Seattle angina pectoris scale score,ECG effect and hs-CRP level.
