ObjectiveAdopt Tei Index by Doppler tissue imaging (DTI) To evaluate the curative effect of Dr. Deng's CHD Capsules for the improvement of heart function of CHD patients of the qi deficit plus phlegm and blood coagulated class.MethodAccording to the WHO's diagnosis criteria, a total of 60 stable angina patients were split into 2 groups using single blinding method. The groups were evenly separated into Dr. Deng's CHD Capsule treatment group and Western Medicine treatment controlled group. The controlled group receives the normative western medicine treatment, and the Dr. Deng's CHD Capsule treatment group receives the normative western medicine treatment and Dr. Deng's CHD Capsules treatment. Two courses of treatment which lasted for 6 months were undergone. During the courses of treatment, the following were observed to assess patients'heart function:DTI test in the first day and the last day in the 6 months.Results1. In terms of improving clinical symptoms and signs, such as angina frequency, nature, extent before treatment and after treatment for 6 months, there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).2. In the ECG, the after treatment, both groups were improved ECG results, the treatment group compared with the control group there was significant difference (P<0.05). 3. Echocardiography measurements after treatment, both groups were improved relevant measurement data, which showed no significant difference (P> 0.05), no significant difference between the two groups.4. In the tissue Doppler Tei index measurements, after treatment, both groups were improved measurement data related to the two groups had significant differences (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.ConclusionsAfter a year clinical research, we observed the symptoms and tested cardiac function index used DTI before treatment and after 6 months therapy, Through statistics and analysis relevant data, we found that, for Qi deficiency and phlegm-stasis of Stable angina patients, as the Western medicine standardized treatment, coupled with Dr. Deng's CHD Capsule can provide economic and effective treatment, reduce Anginal attack, Improve life quality, Increase myocardial Blood supply, etc.
