The Relationship Of Intestinal Mucosa Damaged And Dysbacteriosis And What Are Affected By Changyanqing

Intestinal flora imbalance is mainly caused by the intestinal mucosa damaged which almost reflects internal humid-hot syndrome, symptoms often suffered from diarrhoea, abdominal pain, or constipation, and even then grume puriform row mucus stool. We have maked a prescription called Changyanqing which is from Traditional Chinese Medicine, it could play the actions of clearing away heat and wet, regulating qi and activating blood, strengthening spleen-qi and acesodyne, convergence bleeding, growth muscle for intestinal mucosa. The pharmacological effects of some studies have showed that Changyanqing has the function such as certainly antibacterial action, analgetic, anti-diarrhea and hemostasia, inhibit the intestinal mucosa damage, and promote ulcer repair and enhance the body eliminate free radicals and antioxidant capacity, regulate the disorder of immunity.Objective: Observe the improved situation Changyanqing effects on intestinal mucosa damaged which belongs to internal humid-hot syndrome, or weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome, or qizhixueyu syndrome, and the reason from known or unknown causes the damage to the intestinal mucosa;study the relationship of Intestinal mucosa damage and dysbacteriosis; study Changyanqing impacts on dysbacteriosis when intestinal mucosa is damaged.Methods: From May in 2006 to April in 2008, We have selectd 60 suitable cases at digestion department in Chinese medicine hospital in Guangzhou City and out-patient ward patients, and divided into two groups which were a treat group(30cases) and a control group(30cases).The treatment group is treated with Changyanqing oral administration, each 50 ml, twice daily and using transrectal infusion of 100 ml, a day, six weeks is a period of treatment. In contrast with the treatment group, the control group takes Mesalazine slow release tablets, 0.5g/time, 3 times / Day, six weeks is a period of treatment. By observing the changes in symptoms, observing the changes in bacteria in patients with feces, observing the changes in gram-positive and negative bacteria and cocci and the ratio of change, observing the situation in bacterial culture in stool, observation of the colon endoscopic mucosal changes, and conducting before and after treatment with statistical analysis, then evaluation.All data were analysed with spssl3. 0 sofware to compare the effect with the statistical results.Results: The contrast with before and after treatment in Chinese medicine major symptom score comparison, the difference in the two groups was significant statistical significance (P <0. 01), show that the two groups are effective treatment; the contrast with the two groups after treatment, the difference significant statistical significance (P<0. 05), show that improvement the main symptoms in Chinese medicine treatment group is better than the control group.In Chinese medicine symptoms and comprehensive assessment of the effects, treatment group of Chinese medicine in the Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation and symptoms are 90 percent efficient, control group of symptom and comprehensive assessment of Chinese medicine in the total effect of efficiency are 80 percent, show the total efficiency of the treatment group were higher than the control group, but after treatment the two groups were equality (P>0. 05), show that the treatment group and control group in Chinese medicine symptoms and comprehensive assessment in effect were no significant difference. In colonoscopy before and after treatment of integral comparison, the difference in the two groups was significant statistical significance (P <0. 01), show that the two groups were effective, but after treatment the two groups were equality (P>0. 05), show that the two groups in effect to repair the intestinal mucosa was not different. After the intestinal flora imbalance in the treatment of comparison, the two groups after treatment, the difference was significant(P<0. 05), show that improvement in the treatment group dysbacteriosis obviously better than the control group. In the 45 cases dysbacteriosis found 43 cases of colonoscopy show in over two sub-sites in colon have erosion or ulcer, suggesting that when the treatment and control groups usually appear over the two parts of the erosion or intestinal ulcers in colon, usually will be in dysbacteriosis. The research demonstrated that when the intestinal mucosa is obvious repairing, corresponding bacteria colony being out of balance also obviously improves, but the intestinal mucosa does not have time to repair, the corresponding bacteria colony being out of balance don't obvious improve.Conclusion: This study discuss the mechanism with Changyanqing improving the intestinal mucosa and intestinal flora imbalance. This study suggested that when the treatment and control groups usually appear over the two parts of the erosion or intestinal ulcers in colon, usually will be in dysbacteriosis. When the intestinal mucosa is obvious repairing, corresponding bacteria colony being out of balance also obviously improves, but the intestinal mucosa does not have time to repair, the corresponding bacteria colony being out of balance don't obvious improve. Changyanqing could effectively reduce the clinical symptoms, inhibit the damaged intestinal mucosa, repair the damage of the intestinal mucosa, significantly improve intestinal flora imbalance, and improve intestinal mucosal barrier function. Through the method of oral administration and enema, and through the method of use of the part and the whole principle of combining drugs to enhance clinical efficacy, Changyanqing can be accepted by patients, it is worth promoting.
