| Objective:To observe the the influence of antibiotic modeling and Qiweibaizhusan on the intestinal lactase activity in dysbacteriotic diarrhea mice,provide the basis for clinical medication.Methods:The mice model with antibiotic dysbacteria diarrhea were treated with antibiotics mixture composed of Cefradine and Gantamicin Sulphate,then treated with Qiweibaizhusan.The intestinal contents and intestinal mucosa of each group were collected from the first day to 7th day and first day after modeling and from the first day to 5th day.The intestinal mucosa was divided into three sections:the forepart,the mid-piece and the back-end,with each segment about 10cm long,and the lactase activity of intestinal contents and intestinal mucosal in mice were detected.Results:The lactase activity level of intestinal contents in the model group was significantly lower than that in the normal group sine the second day of modeling,and the difference between the two groups were significantly widend from the 4th(p<0.05).The lactase activity of the three segments of the intestinal mucusa in the model group was significantly lower than that of the normal group(p<0.01).The lactase activity in anterior segment intestinal mucosa was significantly lower than that of the model group from the 3rd(p<0.05),the lactase activity in midpiece was was significantly lower than that of the model group from the 2nd(p<0.05),the lactase activity in posterior segment was significantly lower than that of the model group from the 3rd(p<0.05).With the treatment of Qiweibaizhusan,the model group of intestinal contents and intestinal lactase activity were lower than the normal group(p<0.05)and Qiweibaizhusan group(p<0.05).Qiweibaizhusan group in intestinal contents of lactase activity before 5th is lower than the normal group(p<0.05),the 6th is slightly higher than the normal group(p>0.05).Qiweibaizhusan group of intestinal lactase activity in anterior group on first、2nd lower than the normal group(p<0.05),since the 3rd is higher than the normal group(p>0.05);intestinal mucosal lactase activity in the middle of 1st is lower than the normal group(p>0.05),since the 2nd is higher than the normal group(p<0.01);lactase activity in the intestinal mucosa was higher than that of posterior segment the normal group from the 3rd(p<0.05).The model group of intestinal lactase activity were lower than the normal group(p<0.O5);since the beginning of the 2nd,Qiweibaizhusan group before,during and after the three period of intestinal lactase activity were higher than that of model group,and the first one since the start of 3ed between two groups were significant differences(p<0.01),middle and posterior segment is from the 2nd start significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusions:Antibiotics significantly affected lactase activity in intestinal contents and intestinal mucosa in mice,Qiweibaizhusan had a significant role in promoting the recovery of the imbalance of intestinal lactase activity in dysbacteriotic diarrhea mice.The mechanism of dysbacteriotic diarrhea by antibiotics modeling and the Qiweibaizhusan in treating may be related to the regulation of intestinal lactase activity. |
