| Objective: To analyse the reasons of Scleral buckling patients after the sex, age, emotional these three factors and postoperative retinal fluid absorption of relevance, and after a retinal fluid absorption factor for continuing the analysis.Methods: Collected from January 2006 to June 2007 in our hospital to scleral buckling surgery (encircling procedures, Scleral buckling surgery,with or without drainage of subretinal) with 93 cases(94 eyes),in which male and 58 cases(58 eyes), 35 cases of female(36 eyes), aged 16 to 73-year-old.This study will be divided into two parts:(1)To after three days of time standards, all the 93 cases (94 eyes) in the third day of binocular indirect ophthalmoscope inspection retinal completely reset as "SRF completely absorbed", and the remaining cases no matter how much residual SRF, Are regarded as "SRF fluid residue".To study gender, age, the emotional three factors absorption of the SRF.Age factor: young people (aged 16 to 35-year-old); middle-aged group (36 to 55-year-old); elderly group (56 to 73-year-old);Emotional factors: emotional good (patients with no adverse complained, restaurants sleep normal, normal day-to-day exchange);General sentiment (patients after less than day-to-day speech, a slight reduction diet, reduce day-to-day exchange);Bad mood (patients complained of increased bad, bad state of mind, temperament restlessness, sleep bad diet, no-exchange).All these patients before both the binocular indirect ophthalmoscope check, the three mirror inspection, and vision correction and visual inspection, vision correction using international visual form.
