| Purpose:Analysis retina rebuilding of structure and function in young rhegmatogenous retinal detachment patients those who received a scleral buckling surgery through mfERG and OCT.Method:Collected in June 2015-June 2016 from our hospital(the first affiliated hospital of Nanchang university)of 38 patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(39 eyes),The male 25 cases(26 eyes),female 13 cases(13 eyes),age 6 to 35 years old,PVR C level or less.All patients received a scleral buckling surgery.All patients check with OCT and mfERG 1 d before operation and 1 m,3 m,6 m after operation to evaluate the regions.Record amplitude of P1 wave at ring 1,temple side and nasal side region and thickness of IML-RPE of homologous regions,and then through statistic analysis.Comparison:Amplitude of P1 wave at ring 1,temple side and nasal side region(1 d before surgery and 1 m,3 m,6 m after surgery): P1 wave of temple and nasal region rising especially in nasal region(P<0.05);Between 1 d before surgery and 1 m after surgery,P1 wave of ring 1 keeps reducing,then rising(P < 0.05).Thickness of IML-RPE(1 d before surgery and 1 m,3 m,6 m after surgery):Thickness of IML-RPE at fundus posterior keep reducing(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Scleral buckling surgery has a good effect on retinal rebuilding to young patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.2.Subretinal fluid through OCT is a main reason influence the recovery of retinal function after SB in young RRD patients.3.MfERG is an important tool at objectively evaluating the changes of the function in each region of the retina. |
