| Objective To find out the prevalence of reproductive tract diseases and lay the basis for interferential measures through the epidemiological investigation result of Hebukesaier Mongolia Autonomic County. in Tacheng area, Xinjiang. The purpose is to improve the healthy level of women. Methods By carring out a structured interview questionnaire, gynecologic examination, cervical scraping smear, leucorrhea examination, pelvic ultrasound to those married women who reside in Hebukesaier Mongolia Autonomic county and the around countries. All women with cervical erosion III and cervical polyp have been done cervical biopsy. The authors inspected and analyzed the result of the epidemical investigation of reproductive tract diseases from Hebukesaier Mongolia Autonomic County in June, 2006. Results 1)The morbidity of reproductive tract diseases was 63.63%, Among common reproductive tract diseases, the prior three place diseases respectively are chronic cervicitis,vaginitis and pelvic inflammation .The morbidity of Mongolia in three nations was 69.50%; 2)The different age groups distribution of reproductive tract diseases exist differences by statistic examination (P<0.05); 3)The morbidity of cervical erosion was higher among 30~39years compared with 20~29 years and 40~49 years, and the age distribution of cervical erosion was higher among 40~49 years compared with 20~29 years (P<0.05); but no differences among 20~29 years compared with above 51~years, and 40~49 years comared with above 51~(P>0.05); 4)The morbidity of pelvic inflammatory disease was higher among 30~39 years compared with 20~29 years (P<0.05); but no differences among 30~39 years compared with 40~49 years, and 30~39 years comared with above 50~years, and 40~49 years comared with above 51~years(P>0.05); 5)The morbidity of myoma of uterus was higher among 40~49 years compared with20~29 years(P<0.05), but no differences among 20~29 years compared with 30~39 years, and 20~29 years comared with above 50~years, 30~39 years comared with 41~49 years, and 30~39 years comared with above 51~ years(P>0.05); 6)The morbidity of reproductive tract diseases was higher among the group which had twice or more abortion history compared with other groups. Conclusions Cervicitis and vaginitis are still prior reproductive tract diseases needing to be prevented nowadays, General investigation and general therapy are very important to reduce the morbidity of reproductive tract diseases and it is an important link to improve female reproductive health... |
