Objectives:1.In order to investigate the infection status of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)and Herpes simplex virus type 2(HSV2)in female reproductive tracts in Zibo city during 2015-2016.2.To investigate the status and epidemiological characteristics of HCMV and HSV2 infection in pregnant women's reproductive tract in Zibo city during 2015-2016.3.To investigate the effects of HCMV and HSV2 infections on pregnant women,fetuses and newborns during pregnancy to facilitate clinical services.Methods:From December 2015 to December 2016,a total of 825 cases were collected,which included physical examination center of healthy female patients and the female patients in Zibo Maternal and Child Care Hospital Part of the outpatient department.According to pregnant or not,it is divided into pregnancy group and non-pregnancy group.There were529 pregnant women and 296 non-pregnant women.Pregnant women are divided into early pregnancy group,middle pregnancy group and late pregnancy group according to the time of pregnancy.The early pregnancy group was 0-13 weeks for pregnancy;the middle pregnancy group was 14 weeks to 27 weeks of pregnancy,and the late pregnancy group was?28 weeks of pregnancy.Detection of HCMV-DNA and HSV2-DNA in reproductive tract secretions of two groups of women by real-time quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR).Then,the results were analyzed statistically,and the positive rates of HCMV and HSV2were compared between the two groups.Further more,evaluating the status of HCMV and HSV2 infection in the reproductive tract of pregnant and non-pregnant in Zibo City from2015 to 2016.Finally,combined with clinical data to explore the effects of HCMV and HSV2infections on the health of pregnant women,fetuses and newborns during pregnancy.Result:1.Among the 825 women of reproductive age,165 were positive and 660 were negative,with a positive rate of 20%.In the detection of HCMV-DNA of 529 pregnant women,the positive number number was 131,and the negative number was 398,with a positive rate of 24.76%.Compare the HCMV positive rate between the pregnant group and non-pregnant group,the results showed a statistically significant difference between the two groups(?~2=28.604,P<0.05).In early pregnancy group,there were 53 cases were positive and 150 cases were negative,and the positive rate was 26.11%.In middle pregnancy group,there were 38 cases were positive and 106 cases were negative,and the positive rate was 26.39%.In late pregnancy group,there were 40 cases were positive and 142 cases were negative,and the positive rate was 21.98%.Among the 296 non-pregnant women,the HCMV positive number was 34 and the negative was 262,with a positive rate of 11.49%.There was no significant difference in the positive rates among the three groups(?~2=0.9522,P>0.05).2.In the HSV2-DNA test of cervical secretions of 825 women of reproductive age,the positive number was 52,the negative number was 773,and the positive rate was 6.30%.In the detection of HSV2-DNA of 529 pregnant women,the positive number was 44,the negative number was 485,and the positive rate was 8.32%.Comparing the HSV2 positive rate between the two groups,the difference is statistically significant(?~2=10.204,P<0.05).In early pregnancy group,there were 19 cases were positive and 184 cases were negative,and the positive rate was 9.36%.In middle pregnancy group,there were 13 cases were positive and 131 cases were negative,and the positive rate was 9.03%.In late pregnancy group,there were 12 cases were positive and 170 cases were negative,and the positive rate was6.59%.Among the 296 non-pregnant women,the HSV2 positive number was 8,the negative number was 288,with a positive rate of 2.70%.Comparing the positive rates of HSV2 among the three groups,the difference was not statistically significant(?~2=1.1109,P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The total infection rate of HCMV in female reproductive tract is higher in Zibo city.Among them,the reproductive tract infection rate of HCMV during pregnancy is higher than that of non-pregnant women.Pregnant women were susceptible to HCMV.2.The overall infection rate of HSV2 in female reproductive tract was lower than HCMV infection in Zibo city.Among them,the genital tract infection rate of HSV2 in pregnant women is significantly higher than that in non-pregnant women.Pregnant women were also susceptible to HSV2.3.Due to low immunity during pregnancy,women are susceptible to various pathogens.Pregnant women should pay attention to strengthen the virus detection,early intervention for the positive,reduce teratogenic rate,mortality rate,do good birth and breeding,improve the quality of the population.
