Musca domestica (housefly) is a kind of most common,plentiful insects in most areas of our country, which have strong reproductive capacity and short lifespan. Housefly larva is not only a kind of very promising high-quality protein source for animals, contain many kinds of fatty acid, mineral, vitamin, amino acid and metabolizable energy, but have high medical value. Some medical value stem from grease, at present, study on physiological activity and medical value of grease from housefly larva is few. In this experiment, we investigated the method of extraction,physical and chemical property,composition of fatty acid and other chemical composition, we also evaluated the drug Efficacy on animals scalded during experiment. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Extraction of grease from housefly larvaExtraction rate of ultrasonic method and traditional method was compared, The result indicate that traditional method (i. e. immercing method and SuoShi extraction method)has relatively high extraction rate, which are 13.2% and 12.4%, but time-consuming; The extraction rate of ultrasonic method is 10.5%, but ultrasonic method can improve the efficiency,keep law temperature, which can protect the unsaturated fatty acid in grease from housefly larva.2. Determination of the physical and chemical properties of grease from housefly larvaIn this experiment, we investigated the physical and chemical properties of grease from housefly larva such as acid value, iodine price, peroxide value, etc. The result indcated that compared with oil from bean and grease from pork, grease from housefly larva has relativly high stability, induction period is longer and it was difficult to be oxidized under the photophobic situation. But if under light or add metal ion such as Fe3+, the stability was weakened greatly.3. Analysis on chemical composition of grease from housefly larvaGC analysis on chemical composition of grease from housefly larva indicated that: it contain 10 kinds of fatty acids such as palmitic acid,oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid. In these compounds, unsaturated fatty acid accounts for 57.9% (polyunsaturated fatty acid: 18%; monounsaturated fatty acid: 39.9%); saturated fatty acid accounts for 35.2%, other unknown compositions account for 6.9%. The content of palmitic acid,oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid is relatively higher. The ultraviolet spectrum and infrared spectrum analysis results showed: saturated fatty aldehyde, fragrant compound and unsaturated fat aldehyde may exist in grease from housefly larva.4. Study on drug efficacy of oil from housefly larva on animals scalded during experimentThe inflammation test on mouse ear by xylene,the bacteria inhibition experience and the darkâ…¡degree model of scald experiment together indicate that grease from housefly larva have remarkable effect on animals' experimental bum wound healing.The inflammation test on mouse ear by xylene indicate that grease from housefly larva can effective reduce inflammation react, The effect on the inflammation suppression of grease from housefly larva, the swelling suppression rate is 26.3%, which is a little higher than that of JingWanhong(25.3%).The bacteria inhibition experience indicated that grease from housefly larva have certain activity on inhibition of some bacteria, especially to pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureu,, and that of Excherichia coli relatively faintness.The darkâ…¡degree model of scald experiment on mouce proved that grease from housefly larva can reduce infect on wound surface, shorten the heal time, reduce scar forming, it is a good scald medicine, it's also a good excipient for scald medicine. |
