Research Of Rural Medical Security System Construction In Contemporary China

China is a large agricultural country with 800 millions peasants, which solving the problem of rural social security bears on the social stability and economic development directly. In view of the people's livelihood focus that the rural residents generally reflected currently, seeking medical treatment is difficult and expensive.This paper dedicates to the study of the important part of rural social security -- the development , the problems and the reasons of rural medical security .This paper reviews the farmers'medical security conditions during the traditional Chinese rural cooperative medical, Jilin province as an example to prove the superiority of the present implementation of the new rural cooperative medical system in rural health. But also focusing on the problems encountered in the process of implementing the new rural cooperative medical system analyses the reasons from politics, economy, social structure and ideology and so on using the methods of the theory and practics in all directions. The paper introduces the successful experiences and practices of Japan and Mexico in the rural medical security system. Based on the above analysis of the current state we must continue to adhere to the new cooperative medical system. Combining with the actual conditions of our country and aggregating previous conclusions on the basis of ideology, the paper makes a series of recommendations from thinking, system, funds, personnel and other aspects aimed at resolving the trouble problems of the vast numbers of peasants medical security and promotes our country rural medical security system and provides basic comprehensive health protection services for the majority of farmers.
