Strategy Study On Perfecting Urban Community Health Services System Of Jiangxi Province

Community Health Services that was promoted and developed in advanced countries in 1940s or 1950s is a pattern of basic medical treatment, and it is a pattern of general practice which is different and complementary from the specialization services in hospital. The development of urban community health services system is the best avenue to solving the existing problem of "seeing a doctor is difficult as well as expensive" and providing people with convenient,economics,synthetic,continuous services. Therefore, it is the more significant to develop the community health services for promoting the health reform and sustainable development in china. In recent years, government paid an important attention to the urban community health services and supported it, which made urban community health services have a great development. In this environment, network of urban community health services has been constructed in Jiangxi province. However, as a whole, the development of urban community health services is still relatively slow and has many questions and problems in it. Urban community health services is entering a crucial phase.On the base of analyzing necessity of development of urban community health services in Jiangxi, this article analyzed feasibility of its in the aspects of foundation,domestic and foreign advanced experience,policies support,system ensure and development of local economic. According to on-the-spot inquiry of four community health services posts in Donghu district and Wanli district in Nanchang and status of the demand and utilization of inhabitant on community health services, author concluded the barriers and restriction factors in the development of urban community health services in Jiangxi, and put forward development strategies of urban community health services system accordingly from the viewpoint of government,urban community health services institution,system and inhabitant.
