Development of the community healthe service system is the great reform and construction adjustment in city,it will not only solve the existence of basic medical establishment in city but also form a healthe service system which with reasonable disposition and functional localization,more cost-effective and utmost satisfide the people's health requirement,community healthe service system is the important ingredient and the fundament link of the primary health care for everbody.nowadays as a health basic work the basic destination,program of development,policy derection,work requst and system construction,vocation standard of the community healthe service basically formed.For a transconformation-social country this proceeding is fairly rapid.The study object of my article are the development course of the community healthe service system in hebei province and the policy on the community healthe service,the study method is the sthenia syndrome style.In this article I detailed analysed the current situation and varying tendency in the community healthe service system in hebei province,expounded the characteristic of the community healthe service system in hebei province and thoroughly analysed the policy of the community healthe service.Based on these I studied and analysed the policy of the community healthe service and the effect on development of the community healthe service in hebei province with the method of conjunction of quantitate and qualitation.This article is begin with the existing problem,reveal the mail problem of the development in the community healthe service through reviewing and summary,comparing and analyses.And propose strategy and suggestion on solve these problem from policy aspect.
