The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Chuanxiongqin Injection For Acute Ischemic Stroke Of Different Syndrome Of TCM

【Objective】The study is done to observe the therapeutical effect of Chuanxiongqin Injection for Acute Ischemic Stroke of Different Syndrome and evaluate its clinical application.【Methods】The study received 95 patients of Acute Ischemic Stroke and divided them into six classification of syndrome of TCM, every classification is divided into trail group and controlled group. The patients of controlled group accepted a therapy of modern medicine, The patients of trial group accepted the same therapy of modern medicine as controlled group's and therapy of Chuanxiongqin Injection. The observing time is one week. We investigate their clinical syndromes and the scores of nervous funtion defect after a week.【Results】After a week, for the clinical curative effect, whithn wind-obstructing meridian type,phlegm-dampness type,blood-stasis type., there is significant difference between trial group and controlled group.it showed better therapeutic effects in trial group comparied with controlled group. For the clinical curative effect, whithn fire-hot type,deficiency of YIN-blood type.,there isn't significant difference between trial group and controlled group.it can't showe better therapeutic effects in trial group comparied with controlled group. Comparing with different classification of syndrome of TCM in trial group,it showed better therapeutic effects in blood-stasis type than anyother types.The rule of therapeutic effects is blood-stasis type > wind-obstructing meridian type> wind- dampness type> phlegm-dampness type> fire-hot type> deficiency of YIN-blood type. For the clinical curative effect, whithn every type., there is significant difference between trial group and controlled group.【Conclusion】The study proves that the treatmen of chuanxiongqin injection, which based on the therapy of modern medicine , was effective in treating Acute Ischemic Stroke. It can relieve clinical syndromes and nervous funtion defect after a week sinificantly. Comparing with different classification of syndrome of TCM in trial group,the best therapeutic effects is blood-stasis type,otherwise the worst therapeutic effects is YIN-blood type.The role of therapeutic effects is blood-stasis type > wind-obstructing meridian type> wind- dampness type> phlegm-dampness type> fire-hot type> deficiency of YIN-blood type. So it worth to be developed widely in the clinical care.
