In the patients before treatment and after treatment around the same point in time by professionals in venous blood for blood rheology, lipid biochemistry index, for Harris hip score for evaluation, double hip joint MRI detection. The group A and no than before treatment:before and after treatment were observed the results of the project change detection. The group A treatment outcome in one of the most striking and groups B. C groups were the same test results comparison. Through the various biochemical index of the result of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection on the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head mechanism.Results:group A between the comparison can be found using4mg/kg/time Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection on treating effect of the group A2was higher than that of Algroup, has significant differences, statistically significant. P<0.05. group A2and group A3compared no significant difference. P>0.05. group A after treatment than before treatment and have significantly difference. P<0.05. Group A2and group B. C compared to found:the therapy effect of A2is better than group B. C, group C than in group B, with significant difference, P<0.05.Conclusion:1. Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection on early avascular necrosis of the femoral head has a certain therapeutic effect.But no obvious dose effect relationship.2. Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head mechanism may be improved through the femoral heads in the microenvironment. reconstruction of the femoral head blood supply within the microcirculation, accelerate the blood circulation of femoral head, the increase in oxygen supply, so as to promote new bone formation.
