Clinical Research On Treatment Time Of Chuanxiongqin Injection For Acute Ischemic Stroke

Background: Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) is a familiar disease which do harm to persons in clinic .The characteristics of AIS are high incidence, mortality and recured rates. About 1 million of people were dead in this desease every year. Chuanxiongqin injection are widely used into treatment of AIS and it is a very effective Chinese traditional medication. But the correlation between curative effect in Chuanxiongqin injection treating AIS and the period from AIS comeing on to using Chuanxiongqin injection isn' t clear.Objective : To explore the correlation between curative effect in Chuanxiongqin injection treating AIS and the period from AIS comeing on to using Chuanxiongqin injection.Methods: Acodding to the time to which patiens were injected Chuanxiongqin from coming on, 70 patients with AIS were divided to three groups. The first group includesed the patients which the time was less than 6 hours; the second group included the patients which the time less than 24 hours and that the third one included the ones less than 72 hours. To observe the clinical effect , we evaluated the grade in nerve function lose between before treatment and after treatment. At one time, we observe the chang between before treatment and after treatment about FT, APTT, FIB and blood platelet.Results: The total effective rate in the three groups were 69.6%, 66.7 %and80% respectively. The excellent rate were65.2%, 59.3%and70 % respectively, significant Compared with before treatment in the three groups, the grates in nerve function lose were decreased after treatment. The differences were significant (p<0.05) . But there were no significant differences in curative effect about grades in nerve function lose among the three groups (p>0.05) .when we evaluated overall deformity degrees after a month, we didn' t found the differences among the three groups. Compared with before treatment in the three groups, PT, APTT, FIB and blood platelet were changed after treatment. The diversity were obvious.
