Study Of Disciplinarian Of Xueyu Syndrome In Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Combined With The Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objectives To discuss the distribution disciplinarian of xueyu syndrome in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) combined with chronic pulmonary heart disease, and to analyze the different degrees of xueyu syndrome exhibition within different disease periods of COPD and chronic pulmonary heart disease. So that to provide clinic treatment of Huoxuehuayu method with theory and objective proofs.Methods Design the correct study methods, retrospectively analyze the whole case records of 177 patients, and with in the 177cases, 103 ones are correctly diagnosed with COPD combined with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Coordinate the syndromes of the 103 cases into different syndrome combinations, and to analyze the distribution disciplinarian of xueyu syndrome in all the syndrome combinations. Compare the xueyu syndromes of the 177 cases in acute period with in steady period, so discuss the change of xueyu syndrome along with the progress of this disease. In all the 177 cases, 33 patients were in hospital for no less than two times. Compare the different xueyu syndromes of the 33 patients in their first in-hospital-time with in their last time, so we know the change of xueyu syndrome in the progress stage of this disease. In the part of prospective study, we investigate 77 cases of COPD combined with chronic pulmonary heart disease. By logical statistic, discuss the constituent ratio of xueyu syndrome in all the syndrome combinations. Meanwhile we choose admission, three days after admission, one week after admission and two week after admission as four different study points, and compare the different of xueyu syndrome in different periods of this disease.Results At the part of the retrospective study, xueyu syndrome is the supreme syndrome, which is 59.22 percent of all. In all syndrome combinations, five-component syndrome combination is most, witch is 49.51 percent of all. As while there are no simple syndrome and the two-component syndrome combination, and the other three-component one, the four- component one and the six-component one separately are 17.48 percent, 29.13 percent and 3.89 percent. Along with the exacerbation of disease, the degree of the xueyu syndrome is more and more serious. In the five-component syndrome combination the xueyu syndrome is 94.12 percent. By the chi square test, we compare the difference of the 177 cases in acute stage with in catabasis of COPD combined with chronic pulmonary heart disease, and the answer shows X~2=6.55, P=0.038, witch registers that it is more serious that xueyu syndrome shows in acute stage than in catabasis of this disease. Among the 33 patients, who were in hospital for no less than two times, we compare the degree of xueyu syndrome in their first in-hospital-time with in their last time. By T test, we get the record that in the first in-hospital-time compared the degree of xueyu syndrome in acute stage with in steady stage, t=6.037, P=0.000＜0.01, and in the last time t=8.566, P=0.000＜0.01. It shows that xueyu syndrome exists in the whole course of illness, the more serious the patient's condition is the more obvious the xueyu syndrome is.At the part of the prospective investigation study, xueyu syndrome is the supreme syndrome, which is 63.64 percent of all the 77 patients. In all syndrome combinations, five-component syndrome combination is supreme, witch is 63.64 percent of all. As while there are no simple syndrome and the two-component syndrome combination, and the other three-component one, the four-component one and the six-component one separately are 19.48 percent, 29.38 percent and 3.9 percent. In the five-component syndrome combination the xueyu syndrome is 95.12 percent. It shows that with the exacerbation of disease, the degree of the xueyu syndrome is moreand more serious. Meanwhile we choose admission, three days after admission, one week after admission and two week after admission as four different study points, and compare the different of xueyu syndrome in different periods of this disease by analysis of variance. We get the record F=12.82, P=0.000, witch shows that the degrees of xueyu syndrome are different at different stage of disease in the 77 patients. And in this study it is more serious at admission point and at the point of three days after admission than at the other two points. Conclusions The xueyu syndrome is the supreme one in COPD combined with the chronic pulmonary heart disease, and it forms syndromes of this disease always with other syndromes. The xueyu syndrome exists in the whole course of disease, the more serious the patient's condition is the more obvious the xueyu syndrome is. So Huoxuehuayu method is correct and effective in treating COPD and chronic pulmonary heart disease.
