Objective:systematic review TCM sticking therapy or adjuvant treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with stable clinical efficacy and effects on pulmonary function based on the design of clinical trials, research and asthma applicator to the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with stable lung temperDeficiency of clinical efficacy. Methods:1. The computer retrieval CNKI, VIP, CBM database and hand searches of relevant literature, find research in Chinese medicine in China sticking therapy or adjuvant therapy compared with stable non-sticking therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease randomized controlled trials. Meta-analysis using RevMan5.0software.(2) comply with stable COPD diagnostic criteria TCM lung spleen deficiency syndrome and120patients were randomly divided into four groups of hyperthermia group, acupoint application group, the Application plus hyperthermia group, blank control group, respectively, to give simple hyperthermia, simple acupoint application, the acupuncture points Application plus hyperthermia, the analog sticking and so on processing for6weeks as a the a course of treatment. Results:1. Included32randomized controlled trials,3481cases of patients, in which the test group1780cases, and the control group of1701cases. Meta-analysis results showed that (1) the clinical efficacy:with patching therapy group were better than sticking group. The (2) FVC:Sticking western medicine group and western medicine group comparison was not statistically significant;(3) FEV1:containing patching therapy group were better than sticking group.(4) FEV1%:Sticking western medicine group was better than western medicine group; Chinese medicine (5) FEV1/FVC: Application plus contrast traditional Chinese medicine group was statistically significant.(1) TCM syndrome score, Application plus hyperthermia group, patching group, hyperthermia group after treatment and after6weeks have been greatly improved efficacy compared with before treatment (P<0.01). Comparative study of four different sets of interventions, Application plus hyperthermia group, patching group, the immediate effect of the hyperthermia group than the control group (P<0.01), Application plus hyperthermia group than patching alone group (P<0.01).6weeks after treatment of different groups of traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores, Application plus hyperthermia group, patching group, the immediate effect of the hyperthermia group than the control group (P<0.01), the other groups was not statistically significant.(2) patients in each group therapy immediately after the CAT score found the Application plus hyperthermia group, the hyperthermia group therapy was superior to the control group (P <0.01), Application plus hyperthermia group more effective than better than sticking group (P<0.01), the efficacy of hyperthermia group is better than sticking group (P<0.01); six weeks after the treatment of patients in each group CAT score hyperthermia therapy was superior to the control group (P<0.05), the efficacy of hyperthermia group better than better than sticking group (P<0.05), I was not statistically significant.(3)6-minute walk test results comparison, the Application plus hyperthermia group immediately after treatment efficacy is better than before treatment (P<0.05), but6weeks after treatment, hyperthermia group and control group is better than before treatment effect (P<0.05).(4) found by comparing the value of FEV1%was statistically significant (P<0.05), control group before and after the value changes the Application plus hyperthermia group after6weeks of treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05) value of the table, the hyperthermia group real-time and post-treatment six weeks after treatment change were statistically significant (P<0.05). A comparative study of the by FVC%value change Application plus hyperthermia and hyperthermia group after6weeks of intervention change was statistically significant (P<0.05) compared to before treatment. Patients after review of blood, urine, feces three conventional liver and kidney function, ECG were not found exception.Conclusions:1. Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with stable clinical efficacy can be improved to varying degrees. Sticking of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine and western medicine different combinations of the role in terms of improvement in lung function and the efficacy of different display. TCM patching therapy regardless of superimposed hyperthermia on or not, after a period of treatment could significantly improve the patient’s symptoms of clinical medicine, and this effect has aftereffect, that immediately after treatment or6weeks after showing more excellent effect.Chinese medicine sticking superimposed on the efficacy of hyperthermia, hyperthermia reflected in the improvement of the patient’s symptoms, mainly to improve the survival of patients with treatment-based.
