Research On TCM Syndrome Types And Syndrome Elements Of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective:Through literature research and retrospective case studies,summarize the distribution rules and syndrome characteristics of common TCM syndromes of chronic pulmonary heart disease,and provide literature,methods and data support for clinical research and treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease To provide a reference for its dialectical standardization and objectivity.Methods:1.Research on ancient books of chronic pulmonary heart disease: Study ancient books related to chronic pulmonary heart disease,and analyze ancient books on chronic pulmonary heart disease symptoms,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment from four types of "pulmonary distension","aspiration syndrome","branch drinking" and "edema".Record and summarize the French medicine and other aspects.2.Literature data analysis:(1)A total of 7264 cases were obtained from the literature,and a total of 59 syndrome types classified by different standards were included.After extracting the syndromes,there were 9 disease site syndromes,a total of 8700 occurrences,and 14 disease syndromes,a total of 12824 occurrences.(2)Common TCM syndrome types of Pulmonary Heart Disease: Phlegm,heat,lung,phlegm,obstruction of lung,lung and kidney qi and yin deficiency,yang deficiency and flooding,lung and kidney qi deficiency,qi and yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis obstructing lung;(3)disease location syndrome : Lung,kidney,spleen,heart,mind,surface,liver,large intestine,meridian;(4)pathogenic syndrome: phlegm,qi deficiency,heat,yin deficiency,yang deficiency,blood stasis,water stop,closure,water drink,cold,Wet,dead sun,outside wind,moving wind.3.Clinical case study: collect the hospitalized cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease diagnosed by Western Medicine by the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hunan Research Institute from May2012 to May 2019,and conduct an epidemiological investigation.Collect the patient's 6general information,Western medicine diagnosis,TCM syndrome differentiation,and four diagnosis information.Use Excel to establish a database of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome distribution in chronic pulmonary heart disease.According to the syndrome pattern of syndrome combination,the syndrome type combination is carried out and statistical analysis is carried out.Results:1.Research on ancient books of chronic pulmonary heart disease:(1)Study of disease name: There is no record of the name of "pulmonary heart disease" in ancient books.According to the onset characteristics of this disease,modern medical doctors classify chronic pulmonary heart disease as "pulmonary distension" and "asthma syndrome" in Chinese medicine.(2)Research on etiology and pathogenesis: Lung deficiency and evil,qi stagnation in the lung,phlegm and stasis are interlinked,dysfunction of the lung,spleen and kidney,and unfavorable gasification of the three burners are the main etiology and pathogenesis.(3)Syndrome research: Common deficiency syndromes(pulmonary and kidney qi deficiency,etc.),empirical syndromes(phlegm,heat,lung,etc.),and syndromes(blood stasis syndrome,etc.),although there are differences between deficiency and reality,often the same as disease.Phlegm turbidity,blood stasis,and drinking water are the causative factors of chronic cor pulmonale,and are also the pathological products,which often appear in clinical manifestations in other syndromes.2.Literature data analysis:(1)A total of 7264 cases were obtained from the of clinical data:(1)Age and gender: The research data shows that the total number of cases is 165,including 125 males and 40 females.The age of onset is mainly 60-89 years old,and the incidence of males is significantly greater than females.(2)Onset of solar energy: This study found that most of the onset of chronic pulmonary heart disease is concentrated in Qingming,Guyu,winter solstice,light cold,and heavy snow,then the number of incidences in winter and spring is the most,followed by autumn and summer is the least;Lung,kidney,spleen,heart,mind,surface,meridian,pathological syndromes are mainly concentrated in lung,kidney,spleen,heart and so on.(4)Pathogenic syndromes: phlegm,qi deficiency,heat,yin deficiency,blood stasis,yang deficiency,drinking water,water stop,dampness,outside wind,cold,closedness,disease syndromes are mainly concentrated in phlegm,heat,qi deficiency,etc.;(5)Identify 18 related syndromes,7 diseased syndromes,and 11 diseased syndromes.The combination of syndromes is mainly composed of two syndromes and three syndromes.(5)Cluster analysis: clustering into four categories,a total of 8 syndrome types,namely wind and heat attack lung,lung yin deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis lung,water drink Lingxin,phlegm dampness spleen,phlegm heat stagnation lung,phlegm Turbidity obstructs the lungs,lung and kidney qi deficiency.Conclusion:1.The ancient books on chronic pulmonary heart disease are mainly attributed to "pulmonary distension","asthma syndrome","drinking drink",and "edema",which are related to symptoms,etiology,pathogenesis,and prescriptions.2.Common empirical syndrome types of chronic cor pulmonale: phlegm-heat stagnation,phlegm turbidity and obstructive lung;deficiency syndromes: deficiency of lung and kidney qi and yin,deficiency of lung and kidney qi;Kidney Qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis obstructs the lungs.3.The pathological syndromes of chronic pulmonary heart disease are mainly concentrated in: lung,kidney,spleen,heart,etc.;the pathogenic syndromes are mainly in phlegm,qi deficiency,heat,etc.The overall pathological characteristics are: mixedwith the deficiency and the reality,the acute phase is mainly based on the reality,and the remission period is mainly based on the deficiency.
