Clinical Study Of Wenyang Huoxue Recipe In Treating Aecopd Complicated With Pulmonary Heart Disease(Syndrome Of Yang Deficiency And Water Flooding)

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Wenyang Huoxue empirical formula combined with tiotropium bromide powder inhalation,budesonide formoterol powder inhalation and single inhalat ion on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstruct ive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and chronic cor pulmonale(y ang deficiency and water flooding syndrome),and to compare and analyze the relevant case data.Through the observatio n and comparison of TCM symptom score,one second rate of p ulmonary function examination(FEV1% predicted value),ntpr o BNP,MMRC score and other indicators before and after tre atment,the different data results in clinical efficacy of Wenyang Huoxue Formula treatment group and control group we re analyzed,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wen yang Huoxue Formula.To provide more clinical evidence for the treatment of AECOPD with chronic pulmonary heart diseas e(yang deficiency and water flooding),and further verify the reliability and feasibility of the prescription,and tr y to explore a new method and direction of TCM treatment of AECOPD with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Method:According to the randomization principle,68 patients with AECOPD and chronic pulmonary heart disease(yang deficiency and water flooding)were divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with Laba + La ma + ICs,namely,tiotropium bromide powder inhaler(the tr ade name is siliwa,produced by nengbeile company)and bude sonide formoterol dry powder inhaler(the trade name is xin bico,produced by Astra Zeneca company);the treatment group was treated with Wenyang Huoxue empirical formula on the b asis of the treatment plan of Laba + Lama + ICs.Take 4 wee ks as a clinical standard treatment course,after the cours e of treatment,extract the personal information and experi mental data of the two groups of patients.The clinical ind exes(TCM symptom score,one second rate of pulmonary funct ion examination(FEV1% predicted value),ntpro-bnp,MMRC sc ore,etc.)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the difference of therapeutic effect b etween the two schemes was analyzed.In this experiment,sp ss20.0 software will be used for statistical analysis of al l the collected research data.Results:The data before and after treatment were compared between t he two groups.The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group with Wenyang Huoxue Formula was88.2%,while that of the control group was 76.5% More reli able(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the treat ment group had a more significant improvement in FEV1 level(P < 0.05);compared with the control group,the effective rate of the treatment group was 85.3% and 76.5% in the con trol group,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group w as more significant(P < 0.05);the effective rate of the t reatment group in reducing the level of ntpro-bnp was 81 25%,the control group 62.50%,the treatment group in reduci ng the level of ntpro BNP was more significant(P < 0.05);the two groups of patients in the comparison of the level o f MMRC score,the treatment group showed 91.2%,the control group 82.4%,the treatment group in improving the level of MMRC effect was more significant(P < 0.05).It is suggest ed that the experience of Warming Yang and activating blood circulation on the basis of inhaled preparation can signif icantly improve the heart and lung function of COPD patient s with chronic pulmonary heart disease(yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome),relieve the clinical symptoms of heart failure and hypoxia,and promote the recovery of the disease.No significant and serious adverse events were re corded in this study.The results of vital signs(blood pre ssure,heart rate,body temperature,etc.),chest X-ray,EC G and other examinations showed no obvious drug-induced abn ormalities,indicating that Wenyang Huoxue Formula has a hi gh safety.Conclusion:Wenyang Huoxue empirical formula combined with western medicine Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation,Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation in the treatment of AECOPD patients with cor pulmonale(yang deficiency and water flooding),for patients with clinical symptoms,signs,cardiopulmonary function indicators and prognosis improvement shows a high efficiency,can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve lung function,reduce heart failure markers,indicating Wenyang Huoxue Formula has more significant therapeutic effect and better safety for patients with this kind of disease,which can be further studied and promoted.
