The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Falure With Chinese Medicine High Position Renal Sausage In The Early And Middle Period

Objective:The goal of this research is to effectively obstruct and delay the process of Chronic Renal Falure (CRF) with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) jiont treatment(guanchang).This will provide more effectively method and new administration route on the treatment of Chronic Renal Falure (CRF) by using Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).Methods: 70 patients fitting for Chronic Renal Falure (CRF) criterion were divided into two groups:therapeutic group (n=35), treated with conventional treatment and guanchang;contral group (n=35),treated with conventional treatment and niaoduqing pellets, the therapeutic effect was observed 2 months.In order to observe the differences of both two groups in the patients before and after treatment in such experiment indexes such as the chang of symptoms of traditionsl Chinese medical science,Blood urea nitrogen (BUN),Serum creatinine(Scr),Hemoglobin(Hb),Hematocrit (Hct) and the number of red blood cell,Ca,K,Na,Cl and compared with the conrol group to analyse the differences between them .Result:The symptoms and experiment indexes of the two groups were improved in different degree and had siginificant differences comparatively. The effct of the therapeutic group was better than the contral group.The two groups both had less side effect during the period of the treatment.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has the effect of invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and evacuating the poison.It also significantly improved the symptoms and experiment indexes of Chronic Renal Falure (CRF).It has steady effect , moderate price and convenient employ in clinic.
