Clinical Research On Modified Heluoshenshi Detoxification Method In The Treatment Of Early And Metaphase Chronic Renal Failure

Objective：To observe the clinic effect of early and metaphase chronic renalfailure through the treatment of Heluoshenshi detoxification recipe. To explore itsmechanism from the perspective of modern medicine and to explore the new methodsof TCM in treating the disease.Methods：72patients diagnosed the early and metaphase chronic renal failurewere randomly classified into two groups．36patients were treated with Heluoshenshidetoxification recipe in treated group, others were treated with Haikunshenxi tablet incontrol group. Two months were a course of treatment. Both groups were taking acourse of treatment.Result：The total efficiency of the treatment group is93.75%while the totalefficiency of the control group is80%. The treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05). The treatment group of patients clinical symptoms total score was significantlyreduced, significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The treatment group weresignificantly lower serum creatinine level and blood urea nitrogen while endogenouscreatinine clearance improved, significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).The treatment group of patients of fibrosing factor index TGF-β,laminin and the typeof IV collagen levels were reduced, effective than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Heluoshenshi detoxification recipe is the effective prescription fortreating early and metaphase chronic renal failure. It cures renal fibrosis by inhibitingthe expression of fibrosing factor and delays the development of chronic renal failure.
