Regulate Spleen And Stomach Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective "Based on the theory of spleen and stomach descending of spleen and stomach" for the treatment group in the treatment of chronic renal failure,hai kun renal xi capsule as the control group,by examining the patient’s symptoms,renal function(serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,endogenous creatinine clearance rate),hemoglobin,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)to explore the spleen and stomach and symptom integral clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods In accordance with the standards of experimental design to choose 60 cases of eligible patients with chronic renal failure.By random allocation of hiding scheme hidden method(completely),namely in the sequence coding,seal,in not pervious to light brown envelope.Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each. Treatment group on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy plus take spleen and stomach,the control group on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy plus hai kun renal xi capsule.Were observed after 3 months of treatment symptoms,serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN),hemoglobin(HGB),endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr), C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α).Compare before and after the treatment group and control group,also compare the curative effect of two groups after treatment.The results by the software of SPSS17.0 to deal with.Results 1.Three months after treatment in treatment group total effective rate was 86.7%,In the control group total effective rate was 56.6%,Comparing the two groups was statisticallydifference(P<0.05).That soothing spleen and stomach of efficient of after treatment was obviously higher than that of control group. 2.Through the observation of the treatment group and control group in clinical patients, then oral spleen and stomach,the main symptoms of lumbar genu ache,swelling,nausea,stay, god fatigue,less gas lazy words,dim complexion and other symptoms compare with the control group after treatment have a significant difference(P<0.05).That is based on spleen and stomach descending to soothe spleen and stomach in patients with chronic renal failure on pathogenesis,thus can improve the clinical symptoms of patients. 3.Treatment group Scr、BUN、Ccr、HGB、CRP and TNF-α compared before and after treatment has improved significantly(P<0.05).Control group Scr、BUN、Ccr、HGB、CRP and TNF-α treatment before and after improvement is not obvious,four indicators to compare between groups,the treatment group and control group after treatment differences manifest(P<0.05).After orally taken soothing spleen and stomach,patients with renal function improved significantly.Conclusion Based on the theory of spleen and stomach,Using the soothing spleen and stomach in patients with chronic renal failure,can obviously improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,reduce serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),also can increase the endogenous creatinine clearance has remarkable curative effect,safe and reliable,is superior to conventional treatment.
