Objective: To observe the effect of Panax Notoginseng Injection on intestinal flora structure and translocation in rats with chronic renal failure.Methods: Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal group,model group,benazepril hydrochloride group,low dose Sanqi injection group,medium dose Sanqi injection group and high dose Sanqi injection group,with 10 rats in each group.Rat models of chronic renal failure were established by 5/6 nephrectomy in all 5 groups except normal rats.Six groups of rats were tested for renal function by automatic biochemical instrument;HE staining and Masson staining were used to detect the pathological condition of rat kidneys and semi-quantitative score;the structure and translocation of intestinal flora were detected by plate counting of culture medium,and the flora was identified by Gram staining.Result:(1)Renal function index: Compared with the normal group,the levels of ScR and BUN in the other five groups were significantly higher(P<0.05),with statistical significance;compared with the model group,the levels of ScR and BUN in the treatment group and benazepril hydrochloride group were significantly lower(P<0.05),with statistical significance.(2)Kidney pathology: Compared with the normal group,the GSI and tubulointerstitial injury scores of the remaining five groups were significantly increased(P< 0.05),with statistical significance.Compared with the model group,the scores of GSI and tubulointerstitial injury in the middle and high dose groups of Panax Notoginseng Injection and benazepril hydrochloride groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the low dose group of notoginseng injection,the scores of GSI and tubulointerstitial injury in the middle and high dose group of Notoginseng Injection and benazepril hydrochloride group decreased(P<0.05).(3)Intestinal flora structure: Compared with the normal group,the number of Enterococcus and Enterobacter in the model group increased significantly,while the number of Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium and total anaerobic bacteria decreased significantly(P The number of bacteria and total anaerobes decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(4)Intestinal flora translocation: Compared with the normal group,the positive rate of intestinal flora translocation in the model group was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;compared with the model group,the translocation rate of intestinal flora in the medium,high dose group of Panax Notoginseng Injection and benazepril hydrochloride group was significantly lower(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion: Panax Notoginseng Injection can significantly improve the GM structure of CRF rats and reduce the GM displacement rate,thus improving renal function and delaying the progress of CRF.
