The Research On The Development Of Building Programs Of School Training Base For Nursing Professional

There are lots of problems in the training of health vocational education as well as other vocational education in our country from the 21st century. On the one hand, medical school students can not suit for the needs of the society. On the other hand, schools are facing a lot of difficulties in training. With the development of the worldwide vocational education and the needs of our country, our government has proposed the training programs for the shortage of skilled personnel. The training of nursing personnel is one of them. Therefore, the development of health vocational education has become a very important task. With the development of many health vocational schools and the expanding of the students in schools, the paper combined the theory of Vocational Education Curriculum Development, discussed the development of building programs of school training base for nursing professional in order to improve the clinical ability of nursing graduates. The paper can be divided into the following sections:Chapter 1 Introduction: First of all, I can explore the background and significance of the research on the development of building programs of school training base for nursing professional through the development of our country's vocational education, the characteristics and the status of nursing education, the construction of the training base and the construction of health vocational schools. Second, I concluded the research on the school training base for nursing professional from the theoretical and practical aspects. Finally, I proposed the research ideas and methods based on the theory of the school training base construction.Chapter II The basic ideas of the design of building programs of school training base for nursing professional. The basic ideas are explored from the hardware and soft ware design of the school training base construction with the help of the vocational education course theory, the teaching environment, the situational learning theory and the constructivism theory.Chapter III The design and development of building programs of school training base for nursing professional. The discussion was carried out with the characteristics of the nursing profession from the following three ways: the development principle included in the construction project, the technique route of the development and the structure content of the project. Chapter IV The case of building programs of school training base for nursingprofessional ------ Changzhou Health School, Jiangsu Province. I explored thebackground of the construction of school training base for nursing professional in Changzhou Health School from the development of the school and the difficulties the practical teaching. Then I displayed the process of the building program in Changzhou Health School. Finally, I analyzed several problems of the process and made some remarks.
