ObjectiveIn order to learn about actual conditions and resources utilization of enterprise hospital; How does the leadership system, civilization of hospital, talented man and reimbursement mechanism influence the reforming; Aim to matching public enterprise's reform, to making references for policy-make departments.MethodsBy on-the-spot investigation, achieving some content about the reason of enterprise hospital reforming, the reforming process, mode, and the leadership system, civilization of hospital, talented man and reimbursement mechanism before and after reform; At the same time achieving some indicatrix about the quality of service, healing and management, the work efficiency. The dates were input and analyzed in Excel.ResultsChanging from multiple-management to simple vertical-management; achievement younger and higher educational background in the manager team than before, among which there are 71.24% people between 30~49 age, it is increase 21.75% than before reform. And in them there are 52.99% people have under graduate or higher degree, these are increasing 18.45% than before; Changing the structure of patient, clinic railway patients are more than 95% between 2001~2003, and it has descent to 75.16% in 2005, 60.32% in 2006; building a good hospital civilization , enhance propagate and marketing; enrolling more talents, the percent of under graduate degree is about 69.78% in 2005, and decrease 8.35% than 2004; there are about 30.22% people having up graduate degree, these are increasing 36.45% than 2004. The percent of under graduate degree is about 67.27% in 2006, and decrease 1.23% than 2005; there are about 32.73% people having up graduate degree, these are increasing 13.71% than 2004. The new hospital has gain better economic returns and social benefits, in the two years after reforming, the economic has a big increasing, every points are almost 3 times than 2004; the satisfaction of patients are also increasing every year, the point of south hospital in 2006 is more 6.14% than 2005, and more 10.14% than 2004; the point of north hospital in 2006 is more 4.94% than 2005, and more 11.4% than 2004; Evaluating the work results, P<0.01, there is statistical significance between the total earning and year, so we can get it that the earning is different in the different year; Evaluating the work efficiency, P<0.05, so there is statistical significance. Different year has different work efficiency.ConclusionsIn this article we have analysis the out-environment and the leadership system, the civilization of hospital, the talented people and reimbursement mechanism's change before and after reforming, clarity the necessary of reforming and the superiority and the inferior position for the hospital development. The superiority is it has a good society environment and a definite development strategy, the inferior position is that the new hospital's basis is weak, its living's ability is not strong. At the same time, if the enterprise hospital want reforming success and standing up, the leaders should refresh their ideas and reinforce the ability of innovation. It is the key that the correspond policy make sure of enterprise hospital reforming success. Reinforcing advertisement publicize and exploring medical market by the building of characteristic department.
